When I called the store I had a friendly staff answer my questions and told me of current sale items in the store. When I arrived at the store the floor sales lady was helpful and took me to the luggage area I was interested in. She even offered to help me with additional coupons. I left there with a Dockers luggage piece I was happy with.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE customer service. Many sales associates around, but only ONE register open, even after asking if someone else was available to check me out along with the other 5 people ahead of me waiting in line. What a waste of my time, I left without buying anything cause I didnt have 20 minutes to wait in line.

They have a good selection of nice stuff to wear. The staff arent always the friendliest but they do try their best.
