logged onto my husbands account just so i can review this store . They have great merchandise but some very snobby workers ! its funny how people judge you based on what you are wearing. .no one says hello or ask if they can help you. being 2 feet away from 3 different workers and none of them said a word to me . They were all female but so am I. I was wearing a sweatshirt sure but also a pair of jcpenney pants. If I had a dress shirt on I bet they would have said something to me . I have bought 100 dollars worth of stuff in the last 2 months at this store. not shopping here anymore. the workers in the juniors/womens sections were stuck up and not helpful at all. We will only shop at macys or Kohls from now on. I left with nothing even though I wanted to buy stuff because no one said a word to me so I refused to buy anything

Service was awful!! Went to the jewelry counter to pay for some jewelry. TOTALLY ignored by two employees standing about 3 feet from me talking. When I asked if they could ring my stuff up, one walked away, the other said she had some things she needed to finish first. REALLY! What kind of service is this. I left my stuff on the counter and left and will likely never return to this store.

I took my Dad to get new dress slacks and shirt for his grandson wedding. Jeff helped us. He did such a great job and was very professional and dedicated to our needs. I highly recommend Jeff.
