Make sure you keep EVERY scrap of paper if you even remotely *might* need to make a return! I bought a headband 2 weeks ago that broke the first time I wore it. First time I tried to exchange it, I grabbed the wrong receipt and the very snotty manager on duty essentially called me a liar. Found the correct receipt and went back today, and got "theres no tags, we cant take it back!". It was a headband, not a car. I told her "fine, then I want corporates number". She then agreed to exchange it, which is ALL I WANTED IN THE FIRST PLACE. I never asked for money back, tho frankly I was tempted given the lousy attitudes.

I love the value and deals at this store. It is always well organized and divided up with easy to see ceiling banners. The drawback for me is the lack of selection in pants that are my size. They have bigger and smaller, but there are usually only 2-3 styles to choose from in the size I wear. Guess its time to drop a size... :-)

I like how you can pretty much get one of a kind things there. Not like Walmart where they have multiple of the same thing mass produced. There was plenty of staff to meet my needs and the young lady in the fitting room was so helpful to take pictures of me in everything I tried on which is very useful when you are shopping alone.

I decided to go into Ross one day looking for some nice pair of jeans for a decent price but unfortunately they had the wackest selection in the world, old man pants. "something that your grandfather will wear if you know what I mean" the jeans were either too tight or too baggy, even a hobo has more style than the stuff there.
