This store is a big mess!!! Clothes strewn all over the floor, racks and racks of what appears to be "discard" clothing packed so closely that it is near impossible to browse through them. Very disorganized and difficult to find what youre looking for. Not the quality store I expected. I have shopped the store in Macomb, MS before and it was well organized and enjoyable. Managers need to clean this place up to create a positive shopping experience. It is very disturbing that they take no pride in the appearance of their sales floor. NOTHING IS ORGANIZED in the womens clothing!!! Very sad! I have also purchased items with high price that did not launder well and can no longer be worn. In many instances just overpriced junk. Wish I could give a better review...

TERRIBLE!!! Ordered my item on Dec 1 and still havent received it. Called customer service on Dec 15 and they said the order was randomly cancelled (without notifying me). They told me they were going to re-ship it on Dec 15. Today (Dec 16) I called them and they said it has not been processed yet. The customer service reps are terrible, as well as the managers. They will lie to you to tell you what you want to hear. I will NEVER EVER do business again at Belk.

Its great to have a somewhat decent store to shop without going to Baton Rouge. Ok for some dresses and tops, but not a great jeans or shoes selection. Equivalent to their sister store, Stage, on quality of selection, but better variety. Some of the staff members are unprofessional while few do a good job.

Beautiful store atmosphere and great customer service. Great variety of beautiful clothing, jewelry and fantastic cosmetic department. If you need Estee Lauder, please go see Ms. Effie, she is Absolutely wonderful and knowledge of the products. She has been with Estee for over 10 years.

Huge mess, employees dont seem to care. One employee stalked me around in one of the other stores in the mall area like she knew me. Please, take better care of your store and train your employees to care about their job.
