My childs health is priceless to me. That said, I pay a handsome insurance premium and in turn, my insurance pays these specialists a handsome sum for their services, before I then receive the remainder of said handsome sum as a bill. We are expected to be prompt, and that is understandable. What I find unacceptable is that despite paying for the time and great service by an educated professional, the worth of my own time has somehow slipped through the cracks and is met only with a shrug when I ask what the reason for a two-hour wait is. If I make an appointment, and Im expected to meet that appointment time, I fully expect that appointment time to be honored by the care provider as well. Getting dismissed to a waiting room full of other patients for more than a few minutes to prepare an exam room, is absolutely a waste of my time. This is an ophthalmology clinic, not an emergency room.

Unfortunately, we were unable to see a doctor due to the incompetent staff. The receptionist whom scheduled my appointment made it for a month prior. We showed up for our appointment and all she said was that we missed our appointment. No apology, no offer to re-schedule. This is unfortunate because we were recommended to them by our Pediatrician. For the aforementioned experience, we will visit another Pediatric Eye Doctor.

I love Dr Andrew Black the office is very clean and the staff are very friendly and very professional .. my first experience was the best my daughter vision is much better !definitely recommend Dr Andrew black
