I have been using this company for a couple of years. The last year has been a complete disaster. The latest issue was I had dry eyes, so Dr. Patin recommended another brand of lenses that were supposedly better. They were terrible. So I suffered thru the 6 months and asked to go back to what I had previously. He said he would have to do another exam, for a price, of course. To add fuel to the fire, a worker there named Becky, is the rudest, snottiest person I have ever dealt with. Therefore, I am done. I will now have to spend more money on another optometrist to get the contacts I need. You have been warned. Steer clear is my advice.

People here is rude. Specially the front desk, there is a blonde lady that calls you to pick up your lenses, she clearly doesnt want to work there. I have never experienced this bad of costumer service. The optometrist here do the work. When I visited, he did the visit in a total of 10 minutes or less. Fine for me since I was coming because needed contacts but as a healthcare worker he missed too many things just for going fast probably to go lunch. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone who want a decent examination. If you just need contacts, you will walk out of there with a temporal pair while you wait the week for your order

They broke our Rayban sunglasses frames while trying to put prescription lenses in them. They refused to replace the frames, refused to refund us for the lenses, and refused to give us the lenses that we paid for. Im still in shock because we were basically told that the only thing we could do is bring another set of frames for them to put the lenses in. Why would I bring them another set of frames if they already broke a set of Rayban frames?

The people in this store are very intimidating. All the frames are locked up so you have to ask for assistance just to try them on. There are many cute frames, but the man who helped me told me that I didnt look good in almost every frame I tried on. He was more about making a sale than actually helping me. They were trying to force me to buy frames when I was still unsure about them. I dont plan on going back.

Dr. Patin and his staff are excellent providers. I feel confident recommending their services to anybody seeking an eye doctor. Ive known Dr. Patin for a while and can say he genuinely cares about his patients and will go above and beyond for them. Do not hesitate to make an appointment with him. You will not be disappointed!

I recently visited this place and let me tell you, the blonde lady in the front doesnt even nudge when you walk through the entrance. No hospitality. I looked around the showroom and then just left because I dont think they wanted to sell me anything. Really terrible service.
