Pretty good mall except for 2 things: the temperature is always hot and those people who work at the kiosks are annoying as heck. So first thing is the temperature- its always so hot that I cant even shop very long because I feel like Im melting into a puddle. I cant even try on clothes because its so hot and stuffy. Who wants to try on clothes when theyre sweaty? You know its hot when your ice cream melts completely in 15 mins. Second thing- the kiosk employees. I know its their job to try and give out samples. But if Ive said no TWICE you should let it go. They are persistent little boogers. I swear after 30 mins of shopping I feel like hitting them with my shopping bags! And when you already walked by once and they STILL ask (aka. they do remember you)- its even more irritating. All I can say is if you want to really enjoy shopping here- wear a swim suit, deodorant and some ear plugs.

Great mall for a variety of shopping needs. Just watch out for the pushy sales people in the aisles selling way over priced products that you cannot return once you realize from online research how bad you got screwed over! Do not fall for the fake flattery! The skincare products are definitely just not worth it. I spent nearly $200 for 2 products and they didnt work that well at home. The eye product was drying with a corn starch texture. The peeling product was sticky and beaded up on the skin and was hard to get off! The hair straighteners & curlers are great quality but way cheaper through Amazon. I did buy the hairbrush straightener and love it but found the same one for $60 less on Amazon. The sales lady was genuinely nice though and not so fake and pushy as the others are.

Its a great mall and clean. Nice selection of places to eat in the food court. The anchor departments stores are nice too. The Sears is one of the best stocked and nicest Ive seen compared to other Sears. Dillards takes up two about locations, one is womens and the other is mens and i probably do the the most. JCPenney and Macys make up the other anchors and are both nice doing. I miss a good bookstore in the mall though. I think a good bookstore and a computer or tech related store would be nice additions. although Ive not seen either of those very often in any mall recently.

My family and I went eat lunch at the Canes in this mall and at first I was very impressed at how quick theyre service was but I was soon disappointed when I discovered that all of the food they gave me was at least a day old. Food was warm but it was extremely obvious that it wasnt fresh at all. Not only that all of the ice was melted from my drink when I got it which made the lemonade watery. I was very dissatisfied and could not even eat the food. Other than this the mall itself is fantastic but my experience was ruined due to this lazy mistake.

Most of the people hired in major department stores (namely Maceys) are so rude and are either not familiar with what the store sales or where the items are located in the store and act as though they just dont care. Maceys was just the first stop. I could go on with different things like the ladies restrooms by the food court being disgustingly filthy to where when you come out, the last thing you want to do is eat. Oh how I wish I would have taken pictures. Some people shouldnt be allowed out of the house.

One of the better Louisiana malls. It has a nice outdoor area between the main mall and movie theatre which makes for a pleasant walk or nice place to sit, especially at Grimaldis, a pizzeria near the end of the strip. Theres a decent selection of stores there, although as someone less concerned with clothes I didnt find too much besides restaurants and the theatre that I was too interested in. Still, as far as malls go, this is one of the better ones.

This is the best shopping mall in a 75 mile radius. The mall is large enough to handle popular shopping days without feeling too crowded. The atmosphere feels safe for families and the stores are maintained quite well. There are other malls in the area that seem to have security issues and never seen to be able to keep shops open. Mall of Louisiana is NOT. Very clean and friendly place to shop and eat. Family friendly!

It is an aging mall with no inside improvements. The outdoor shops are getting the attention, while the infrastructure remains the same. Still these empty hulking buildings with limited parking. It was entertaining to watch the parking lot dance with people trying to get spots. Also, their free WiFi requires an email address, dont put a valid address unless you want spam frequently.

Awesome Mall .... great store selection, wonderful food court complete with a beautiful Carousel for the little ones :-) Very clean and good security ... great place to shop and stay out of the heat. Several nice dining choices on the outer edges and a Movie Theater too! Most anything you are looking for you can find here!

I usually find what Im looking for, but I started to walk on the second floor to keep from getting accosted by the kiosk sales people in the middle of the walk. Then I started getting harassed by the sales people there. I dont feel that going to the mall should be a series of obstacles to get from one end to the other.

The Louisiana Mall is so so cool has both clothes shoes scarves everything you might want we dont know a lot but I feel the light have fun cuz I really want to go to gameplay from the miracle ride and I have not got the right on there for a little while and if so if youre my friend you can bring me.

Who doesnt love the mall???!!! I like this mall in paticular because its always clean, lots of stores to shop in, theres always a deal, and something to do even if shopping isnt on the list. You could just sit and have a coffee at Starbucks and people watch for a few hours and be happily content.

The Mall is very nice. But my favorite is the carousel in the food court. A big beautiful Carousel located adjacent to the food court is the hub of this mall. I love the food offerings here. This place is beautiful and clean. Kids will finish their lunches with a bribe of a carousel ride.

More and more quality stores are leaving and in their places are stores that Ive never heard of nor have interest in. I believe this mall is in a downward spiral. I am reminded of the demise of the Bon Marche Mall and (for the most part) Cortana Mall. Sadly, this mall is next.

Fantastic mall, excellent wide variety of retailer/department stores, very clean, great for childrens entertainment, huge food court. The shopping experience here is wonderful-the parking lot and mall driving is chaotic, however, still an overall great place to shop.

Cant really rate the Mall of Louisiana because every store individually is Personnel by its own brand I was there getting some Gourmet Popcorn and the three men that were in that store seemed just so laxidasical but selling popcorns isnt rocket science
