I love Trader Joes, the prices are great for fresh produce, soaps and frozen meals for someone on the go or single serve. Acme Oyster House has great atmosphere, love the music they play. The wait staff is always friendly. I like the crab cake appetizer and everyone loves their boo fries. Of course Kirkland s is awesome, they have great sales. Other shops along the strip are nice as well.

Good variety of stores, including a few restaurants. Everyday conveniences for those living nearby like dry cleaning and groceries. Speaking of, Trader Joes is a must visit! Parking can be inconvenient unless you want to park near Acadian.

Perfect little shopping strip. I frequently visit the Petco, Trader Joes and utilize the dentist in this area. Its so convenient to just walk in and out getting everything I need in one place.

Love the Trader Joes and Ruby Slippers Cafe. Location is right off the interstate so its fairly quick to get to but traffic can get bad at times. Parking is never an issue

I go here frequently to shop at Trader Joes. Had dinner last night at Acme Oyster House. This is a relatively convenient location to shop and very nicely kept grounds.

Nice strip mall with upper end service for Baton Rouge. The PetCo and Trader Joes are the biggest attractions and make for plenty enough reason to visit.

Acadian village includes an Excellent CCs drive through coffee shop, but parking area is a tight squeeze...
