Called the store around 1:30 to order a family dinner for 6. The person on the phone said I could pick it up at 4:00PM. I called back at 3:45 to see if the order was ready and was told they are bagging the order now. Went to the store, paid the lady at the cash register and she went to get the order. She came back with the order thank goodness I checked it before I left, The order had my name on it but it was completly wrong. It had none of the things I had ordered. She had given me someone elses order. The lady went back to the kitchen and they said it would take a minute. I waited 10minutes and ask the lady to go ck on my order. She came back and said it would be a while. I ask for a refund. The manager could not give me a refund becuase he said I had used a debit card therefore it would take about 3 days before I get a credit back. This is the third time in a two month period that I have placed a to go order with CB and it was wrong. Seem to be a serious problem with their take out staff. I will not be returning to Cracker Barrel...3 times is charm. Just too many restrants to deal with this type of service. Plus no one seem sorry for their actions

We went to breakfast this morning. We ordered the country sampler. In that meal you get two eggs, bacon, ham and one sausage or 3 bacon for a sub. With 2 biscuits, gravy, grits, apple something. We waited for over 30 minutes to be served. When the person came with the food, he brought the two eggs, bacon It was cold. We told them we were missing parts of the meal. The rest of it. Meanwhile we ate the cold food because we were so hungry. When they brought the rest of the food, they didnt offer or bring utter or refill our empty glasses of water. We never saw a server until he brought the check. I am so disappointed. We will not be attending that restaurant again.

Very disappointed tonight in the ride service. Seemed the staff was mad at each other, ordered carrots, was told they ran out so ordered baked sweet potato only to hear they were out of that too. Waitress was too lazy to refill our sweet tea, asked for extra napkins as we had ordered pork chops got 2 for 3 people. Food wasnt real hot. Never asked did we want anything else, food, drink dessert etc. Ticket was charged wrong. Just not a good night to eat at Cracker Barrel. Even paying our ticket the girl behaved like a crab. No, I did not too. It was not not earned. This has never happened to us in a Cracker Barrel before. SAD!

Avoid crap in a barrel whenever possible. We waited 30 mins to be seated for lunch. We waited 30 more mins for our food. Then to top it off,not only was my order wrong, but the bacon was all charred, burnt, and brittle. The waitress insisted that is how it looks due to a new maple pepper bacon that they use. Needless to say my burger tasted like pancake syrup drowned in black pepper. I had better burgers at the ball game.

Got a delicious breakfast in Murray cracker barrel last week. I wanted another like it at Paducah today. They actually brought me on my plate burned black bacon. Not edible! The waitress could see that! I immediately asked for more bacon. It was 3 strips. She brought me 2 strips to replace the 3 strips that were burned. Mmm. I also asked for extra gravy. I didnt even get enough for my 2 biscuits. I was mad all day!

We visited around 8 in the evening. Service was slow, both getting a server and getting the food. There were lots of tables that sat with dirty dishes for a long time without being cleared. Food was average; I had a Hamburger steak that was burned on one side. Fried apples were not warm. Prices OK for what you get. Server did not even clear our plates when she brought the check, very annoying.

Worst food and service ever from a cracker barrel. We were unable to eat the food it was so bad. The biscuits werent fully cooked, the fries were old and cold, and we received dirty utensils. The manager was friendly and took care of the problem, but we were completely disgusted by the food and service.

The service and food is not consistently good. Used to be able to go and had no doubt about how the quality and the service would be. But now, sometimes its good, and sometimes not so good.

Brought our breakfast but no butter for our biscuits and grits. We asked 3 separate people for butter and jelly but only received it after our meal. Food was good though.

Its Cracker Barrel, food is good at this location, seldom any issues. Wait staff friendly and attentive. Always a go to when needing vegetables and country type cooking.

Server said we could not open the blinds where my wife and I was setting, so we went to bunerring to eat. This is the first time we were told this.

Very loud! Should ask if you want lemon in your drink. Also when cleaning tables they should not wipe food off table and onto chairs, yuck!
