This is by far the best Starbucks on the MS Gulf Coast. The baristas are knowledgeable about what they are creating and easily understand special customizations. There are usually plenty of Starbucks coffees, Verismo pods, K Cups and syrups available to purchase inside along with a variety of coffe mugs, tumblers, etc. The food served here is of excellent quality even though some items sell out rather quickly at times. The bathrooms are always clean. There is actually plenty of parking despite a previous review. Starbucks is located next to a furniture store so there is shared parking. There is another parking lot adjacent to Starbucks parking that is huge. Very easy parking for larger vehicles or parking for busy days. I visit this location at least once a week. The service, atmosphere, cleanliness and quality of coffees and teas far surpasses all other locations on the MS Gulf Coast.

I have 2 pics Of my drinks right when i tasted it because it looked gross..i ordered 2 venti strawberries and cream frappuccinos Im a tourist from Louisiana spending the weekend on the beach and this is the first time that I have ever visited the Starbucks and it will be my last if I ever come back here my drinks were so white they were mostly ice you cannot taste the strawberry and there was just a dab of whipped cream on the top I have never received in Louisiana or Chicago where Im from a horrible drink like I just did at 5:32 p.m. is when I went through the drive thru and its the last time Ill go

Best Baristas on the Gulf Coast at any coffee shop or Starbucks! Always super friendly in the drive thru, especially. SHAWN (or Sean, not sure how he spells it) is my most fav of all the staff! Look, I know this coffee is ridiculously expensive, but u are paying for more than just coffee. Its atmosphere, The GOLD Card, the feel of the place and again the staff. Only one complaint: WISH THEY HAD NOT TAKEN OUT THE COMFY CHAIRS AND ADDED MORE HARD TABLES, AND PUB-LIKE HIGH TOP TABLES. Changed the atmosphere a good deal for me. I dont like it at all. Its my "every Wednesday getaway" tho, so I adapt. XO

Worst starbucks Ive ever been to...so theres a dingbat blonde who was singing some made up song about going on break while distracting the 3 other workers. 2 drinks took 20 min. Meanwhile the drive thru served only 3 cars during the same time. 2 of which were wrong. And best of all...our 2 drinks...the same 2 drinks we order from every starbucks weve been to all over the country...tasted off. My wifes tasted like the wood of a popsicle stick and mine was bland and really tasted like nothing. So do yourself a favor....keep driving.

This is a very popular spot, because of its location. It is in a brand new shopping center the promenade that has opened in the last two years. As for a Starbucks there drinks are always done correctly, and they do not take a lot of time to get them out to you. Parking can be a little bit of an issue because there are not many spaces in front of the shop. Wi-Fi is always fast so is good spot to sit and get some work done if you have time. Overall I would say this is an above average Starbucks experience.

Ummm.. its kindve self explanatory.. between the app, rewards/star program, ordering your food/drinks on your app so itll be ready by the time you get there (its called order beta) ((awesome btw!)), and of course the main attraction other than variety - the Frappuccinos! Haha those too but on a serious note..... drumroll please...the gourmet coffee speaks for itself as well as the food, snacks, and breakfast. My favorite is the Java chip Frappuccino or the Mocha cookie crumble frappe! (The best)

Staff here is friendly. Never had a bad drink here. Only reason its so busy is because its the only one in Gulfport with a drive thru. Usually the drive thru is busier than the lobby and I can go inside and wait less. I still give them 5 stars because they cant help they are busy.

Pros: Good coffee drinks and frappucinos. The gold card has amazing perks. Drive thru. Friendly staff Cons: Tiny parking lot, can be dangerous with the speedy cars. Usually has a long line (beware of busy times, waits can be 10+ minutes). Not a lot of sitting both inside and out.

Great place to gather with friends for coffee, paninis, settle in and talk or bring your studies and sit back and enjoy. Music is background, good tables, could use more soft chairs. Great coffee, tea, energy drinks. Frappacinos and specialty drinks, something for everyone!

Always great service, friendly employees, and the reliably delicious Starbucks product. Im not a coffee drinker, but I still love going to Starbucks for their variety of tea offerings, and this is a particularly good location. They genuinely care about their customers.

I dont know how their crew keeps their cool with how busy. Everyone has a smile on their face and a professional attitude. I guess I have to say that my favorite barista is Stacey, but there are a lot of great ones there with years of experience,and cute butts ;)

I do love Starbucks, although its vastly overpriced. If you really want Starbucks I say go for it. Because sometimes ya just want Starbucks. However, if you are on a budget, McDonalds McCafé coffee is a tasty, yet economically feasible, alternative.

This Starbucks takes a long time to serve its drive thru customers. The last three times I have been there it was a very long time to get my order. The Starbucks in DIberville is very fast in getting your order to you. This one needs to be faster.

Nice and roomy and a very popular spot, cool and not freezing cold, courteous staff, but can get a bit over-crowded at times. Other than that, it is a good place to sit and have a coffee or snack or to meet up with co-workers or friends.

Very convenient location, and nice looking store! It is usually busy, but thats not the stores fault?? I love going here though, because everyone who works here is extremely friendly and my drink is always exactly what I ordered!

If i could give no stars i would. Im military from out of town and i waited 22mins for a damn pink drink and have 4ppl who arrived after me served before i was....no organization. I decided to get my money back

I only reason i gave 3 stars is because it is a Starbucks brand. Dont go to this Starbucks if you want your drink made right. If you do go later in the evening, day crew cant get it together at all.

Its always busy at this location... Limited edition drinks go out quickly here. Its everything youd expect from a Starbucks. There isnt a changing table available even in the womens restroom.

They do not make the lattes correctly. No coffee flavor, tastes like hot milk every time. I live out of area and get starbucks lattes all over. This place just isnt doing something right.

40 minutes to get a cup of coffee? Wow! No way to get out of line so we had to go for the ridiculous wait! We live in the city with busier Starbucks and never had to wait that long
