Where to begin? Oh wait..I know. I have one word for you. Brian. Brian is our favorite Krispy Kreme Doughnut Boy. His peppy attitude, tremendous smile and curly hair make him the highlight of the Krispy Kreme experience. The Krispy Kreme mission statement is "To touch and enhance lives through the joy that is Krispy Kreme." I believe that Brian fully represents this statement. I know Brians parents must be very proud of him. Im sure that he gets good grades. The grade we give him is an A+. We missed him on our trip there today and were disappointing. We were not disappointed with the amazing hot delicious doughnuts, however.

Ive been visiting Krispy Kreme stores across the country for the past five years now. My taste buds have thanked me on numerous occasions as Ive stopped in to grab a doughnut on the way to my next appointment. I swung into the Bloomington, IL store yesterday marking my 16th store visit. This particular branch still had a decent display of merchandise, so I grabbed a coffee to go in a rather inexpensive Krispy Kreme travel mug. Just keep in mind that no matter where youre headed, Krispy Kreme is just a GPS search away. Be sure to pop in and grab yourself a little morsel of goodness!

when krispy kreme first opened, the donuts were were so big and so light and airy and melted in my mouth, but when I went last week for the bogo deal, I was really disappointed. The donuts were not nearly as big and the box they were in was a lot smaller, and they were not nearly as good as I remember them. The glazed donuts I get at the grocery store are better than these. I was so excited about getting them again, but at almost $9 a dozen, I dont think Ill get them again.

Planning a company event and wanted place an order for 25 dozen doughnuts and I was placed on hold for 5 minutes and then they hung up the phone with out getting back on the line to inform me of anything. Never going to go through them for a business event again after being treated like that. Very poor customer service!

Ive been here many times, my last visit was over a month ago. I live a hour away and its the closest one to me. The staff here needs to get along with each other. This makes the experience a bad one. The staff just dont have respect for each other and it makes the place look bad.

Krispy Kreme by far has the best glazed doughnuts I have ever had, and this location is no different. If youre a doughnut fan and havent had a Krispy Kreme, youre not really a doughnut fan.
