They have a really decent selection of used equipment/gear, and its surprisingly fairly priced. But when I went in for a trade, I quickly found out how its all so fairly priced. If youre looking for some cheap equipment, go here. If youre looking to sell some gear back or trade - just go ahead and burn it. Because thats essentially how much theyll try to convince you its worth. They will quickly bend you over instead of bartering, negotiating, or even talking. I purchased a glove ($49.99) and cleats ($29.99). They somehow lost 80-90% of their value. Granted, I know theyre now considered "used," but not trash. I went to trade those 2 items and another pair of cleats for a $35 pair of cleats they had... there wasnt even a chance in hell that was going to happen - and I was the idiot for thinking I proposed a fair trade. Ill do business with them again - but I wont be raped by them.

Worse customer experience ever. My elliptical has a knocking noise. The techs that moved it (great guys but had nothing but HORRIBLE things to say about the owners) said it was probably the tensioner and belt. Said Sean would get back to me. Nothing, no phone call. I called the store the next day and the guy that answered the phone said "oh yeah weve dealt with this before Sean will know". Sean never called me back. I called the store and finally got Sean who was completely rude. Said "how about you call Precore yourself". Seriously? Im calling Precor to complain. I will deal with the other location or Precor directly. Dont waste your time or money.

Not a reputable franchise. Their representatives have issues with either communication or motivation that precludes them from keeping a schedule or keeping clients informed. I was appalled by the state of their equipment room. Go to Outer Loop, and wait for them to get the gear you want. The attendants at Outer Loop are friendly and attentive. Its almost like Outer Loop wants your business. What a crazy thought. The second you walk through the door at Hubbards you wont get the time of day much less eye contact. DONT EVER SHOP HERE! WHAT A BUNCH OF A@& CLOWNS!

I felt like the service I got here was really excellent. I know nothing about youth sports and felt like they explained product differences to me well. I wasnt pushed to buy the most expense product. They actually drove to another store to get me exactly what I was looking for. I did think that some of the prices on used equipment was a little high, however the service made a big difference. Getting salespeople who know the products makes it so much better than going to Target or even Dicks I will definitely go back.

Not sure what place some of these people went to but my experience was super here. Saved a bunch of money for sure. I purchased some new stuff and some used stuff. I like that they have both. They purchased my used fitness equipment as well. Sure beats selling it on my own. Place was very clean and organized. The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable. I would recommend you check this place out before buying or selling anything fitness or sports related. 5 Stars for me.

Youre looking for cheap gently used sporting equipment Play It Again Sports is okay thank gosh they are independently owned this one is Louisville East Ive had no quarrel with Play It again Louisville with the Play It Again Sports in Okolona is selling counterfeit golf clubs they sold me one I will keep my business from Play It Again Sports Okolona and stick to Hubbards Lane

I have shopped many times at Play It Again Sports - St. Matthews Location. From kids apparel, sporting equipment, used golf clubs, and even workout equipment. Shawn & Brian have everything you need and if they dont they will be more than happy to give you a recommendation of where to find it. The store is easy to navigate and and pricing is competitive.

Great place all around. I wish their disc golf section was more affordable, but I did find a 1055 McPro Aviar Bottom Stamp there that was very underpriced, so that was pretty cool. I just think the store is a little pricey for being used gear.

The service I received was good, definitely helped me for what I needed. However, was told I would receive a credit on my total bill for equipment they kept that I paid for. Shame on me for not double checking your work (my receipt)!

Surprised me when I walked in. Great selection of cheaply priced weights and gym equipment, including squat racks (!). I went in looking for hockey gear and didnt expect to find any, but they had a pretty decent selection.

Thought I would try and find something nicer than Target carries for my boys sports and ended up leaving empty handed because I didnt want to spend $100+ on a bat. Felt pushed and talked down to.
