I stopped by here a couple months ago during the week and the staff seemed relatively friendly. Figured I come back. However, I went in to buy some ammo today. Stood at the counter for over 10 minutes. They were NOT busy. I was not even recognized by any of the staff. Even after picking up a box of ammo and setting it on the counter. ZZ Top looking guy was Jack-Jawing with a customer about nothing in particular. The other clerk was helping someone but did not even recognize me. "Hey, be right with you. " - simple. There was a gal at the other counter just shuffling around never even offered to help. Worst customer service. I guess I will be buying my ammo and guns from other sources. I would like to support mom and pop operations, but they obviously do not want my money. Im glad they are doing so well.

By far the best gun shop I have ever been to! The staff is very very friendly and helpful. You dont walk in and feel judged and uncomfortable. They dont follow you and bug you. You can just walk around and do your own thing. If you have a question, they will do whatever it takes to answer it accurately as possible. I have purchased my AR from them recently and I love it! They answered all my questions and didnt make me feel as if I was annoying them or wasting their time. I would recommend this place to anyone. Weather you know everything about guns or nothing at all, theyll help you as much as they possibly can.

I walked in and a lady was at the desk and the owner was on the phone. I waited until he was off the phone, about 10min, and neither one said a word to me. I was the only one in the store. Finally the owner said can I help you like I was the last person he wanted to see. Not good. I dont expect balloons or confetti but at least act like you want my business. Maybe it was just a bad day for them. I probably wont ever go back because of the bad customer service but hey give them a try. Maybe someone else will be treated better than me. If either one of them smiles at you will have beat my experience.

My experience here was not very good . I came in wanting my pump action 12 ga. fixed and they said ok we can have it fixed in a week that was a week before shot season they called me a month later saying it was fixed and I all so had it cleaned too so I was some what ok with them, then I called in looking for 12 ga. 2 3/4 in deer slugs they said that they had some, so I came to the store and they said they where out of stock, wasnt too happy after that. Ill buy ammo at big R or Wal-Mart after that experience stay away from in laws and outlaws gun shop .

First off I called ahead of time and asked what 1911s I could walk out the door with for 635$. The lady and I after talking agreed on that price for a Ruger and I told her I would be in to buy it. I left work early and drove over to gas city just for them to tell me they would not honor the deal that was made over the phone. They did aparently call and leave me a message earlier stating they would not honor the deal but I was too busy to check my messages so they did do at least that I guess. I Think I will stick with prepper 4 in Bluffton.

I like it, service is kinda slow, but they are on top of things. Sometimes waiting on paperwork takes up their time, so I can understand. Guns is a big deal, so you can expect that. Ear plugs are not good for shooting range. Be prepaired to loose your hearing for a couple days, and again not their fault, they sell hearing muffs. So I have no faults with them, good people. Good luck with your shopping, and kudos to inlaws n outlaws gun shop for coming into town.

First time being there and it wasnt exciting. I understand they are trying to sell a pallet of wolf ammunition, but that doesnt mean every other ammunition manufacture is trash compared to wolf. I have to back away when employees are saying clip instead of magazine in regards to magazine fed rifles. One employee believed he carried a rifle type bullet in his pistol. Ill give him the benefit of a doubt. Maybe he just misspoke.

Purchased a Taurus 38 six months ago from him going to trade that gun. Went in to purchase a Smith Shield 9mm and was going to buy a Smith AR 15 after walking in and noticed the sale price. He called me a liar based on a phone conversation we had earlier. I drove two hours round trip to make the deal. I will not cast a shadow on his floor again. By the way, went to another dealer and they honored the price he agreed to.

Love to go into store. When you take the time to get to know the staff theres not any better place to go they are there to help you out with anything. They will go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of. I love the range when it is baby weather you get to stay warm and dry . Visit them ask questions and get to know them and your experience will always great.

Went to stock up on ammo and have my Panther 308 trigger worked on. I had called them on the phone. Some times a person has to take a leak and they wouldnt let me use their bathroom because last weak someone stuffed it with paper towels. I spend over a thousand every month at gun shops but this one will never get a dime of it. These are uppity rude people. Clean store though.

I have been wanting to stop at this shop for quite a while, and when we finally had the time, it seemed like we were bothering the lady behind the counter when we asked to look at some items. Also, my daughter got her hand "dirty" cleaning up after the dogs in the parking lot, and they wouldnt let her use the bathroom to clean up. Yup, not stopping by again.

I was there a couple of weeks ago, shooting at the range. Love the system they have, as well as the safety checks they have in place, and its very intuitive for someone that hasnt shot a lot yet. The store is clean, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and prices and stock available are great for the area.

Very clean and well run shooting range. Employees were quite busy when I came in so I didnt expect to be wined and dined like some of the other folks on here expected. They wanted my business though. I will come back - - though the price for the range time is relatively high.

Outstanding service that you just cant get at the big box stores. Prices on guns and accessories were at least on par, but the extra experience do you get is hard to put a price on. Highly recommended
