I have only so far purchased re-loading supplys. Although some items where not on hand, I found the prices reasonable, on what I did find. I also found that they provided reasonable to good service. I have been in a few times and the responses were different each time. One day all smiles and the next direct and to the point. But the thing is, I go to buy items, not to look for friends so I have been pleased. I can only guess that prices on items may be higher than some and lower than other, but that is to be expected. They are not Walmart and have to try to make a living. As for others words of employee rudeness, I figure that we all have bad days at work and the last thing we need is some over inflated jerk expecting free guns and to be treated like a king. I am pleased with them, but thats just me.

Walked in and both of the two employees looked up from what they were doing and looked at me like I had just broken-up a party. I gave both a smile and a nod and they just went back to what they were doing without so much as a nod. Shop was well stocked but everything that had been there for any time at all was covered with a coat of nicotine (heavy cigarette smoke smell too). Store was well organized but poorly lit. Prices were a bit high as compared to some of the better shops in the greater Indy area. I walked around for several minutes and then walked out with never an indication of interest on their part of wanting to assist me in any way. Maybe if they work on their "people skills" they would do much better and give 1st time visitors a reason to come back. As it sits now... I have NO reason to go back.

Was talking with another customer when I first entered, but when I asked him a question he was very friendly. He pulled down 3 or 4 guns for us to compare and hold. I purchased a Bushmaster XM15 M4 from him and I am very pleased. The only reason I didnt give a 5 Star rating is because they didnt take Discover Card, and I did have to return the next day after drawing cash from the bank. I will do business there again.

Crackshots is the best Gun Shop in Central Indiana. Mike (the Owner) is almost always there and his knowledge is Excellent. Mike doesnt just sell Guns- he makes sure you understand them before you leave his store. He is a true patriot. Dont get discouraged if you walk in and there are a bunch of people crowded around and cant get his attention- It is worth waiting for.

No selection, rude salesman, crappy shot guns what few they had overall in 10 min i decided i will never do business with them over the short kinda rude answers i was getting. might try the gun range but dont do business with these people unless your friends or you will have better luck at any other gun store. very disappointing in selection overall and customer service

Recently purchased a Taurus 45 acp. Even tho store was really busy they pulled out all the guns I wanted to look at. Purchased the 45 for about $50 cheaper than I could have anywhere else

I called to inquire about a certain holster and the man was very helpful. Although they didnt have the specific holster I was looking for, he tried to offer a similiar type holster.
