Tried to return an elliptical that I purchased a week ago that doesnt even work paid $400 Asked the OWNER before I bought it what is the return policy? Jim the owner assured me that everything is tested and guaranteed and if something was wrong when I got it home that I could get my money back. Called Jim to let him know that I was going to be returning the elliptical because it is making a loud noise and rocks when using it! He told me that he could not return it. He also went so far as to ask me if there is something really wrong with it or am I just looking to get my money back! WHAT the hell!!!! Im now stuck with an elliptical that doesnt work. Was lied to and treated like a liar! Will never purchase anything from Play It Again Sports! I strongly advise future customers to not purchase anything from this store.

It would probably be an ok place if you could get someone to acknowledge that you are there. The employees are always so caught up in ignoring customers and talking to each other I have no idea how they stay open. Go somewhere else with your business, they dont want it.

The owner was very kind and gracious. I thought i had to say something. i and my wife went over to purchase a treadmill, we had an issue with the treadmill, he exchanged it with an expensive one without paying an extra dime. Will RECOMMEND!

I purchased an elliptical from the Outer Loop location after visiting the Hubbards Lane location. Ryan at Outer Loop was extremely helpful and everything there was reasonably priced. Skip Hubbards Lane and go here first!
