After looking around other shops in Lexington I stumbled into this one from previously seeing on my way to work. I was welcomely greeted by the staff and was encouraged to look at multiple artist portfolios. I felt in no way pressured to choose a specific artist or to even get a tattoo from this shop. After further discussion and looking at extensive portfolio pieces I had made my decision within a matter of moments. The artist that had done my tattoo was an apprentice who had not done a piece the size of mine (half sleeve) as of yet. I had no doubts about the tattoo after she had drawn it up. She is an amazing artist and was easy to work with through the sessions. I was there a total four times over a two month stretch and each time felt welcomed and treated outstandingly! I plan to get more work done in the future. 6 Stars in my opinion.

So I went in here after looking around town for a decently priced place to get my first tattoo, and found that this place is much more affordable without any dip in quality. The owner and employees are funny and easy to get along with, as well as very welcoming. My artist was Gary Smith, who offered me a different design than the one I went in there to get, and Im glad he did. While the design was nothing crazy, I cannot find a single thing I dislike about it at all, and could not be happier with what I received. He was very friendly, and seems to care very much about his clients. Needless to say, I will be returning very soon for another piece which I cannot wait to get. If you are planning on going anywhere else, dont.

I randomly went in there to get a rook piercing removed from a piercing job done by another tattoo parlor (not in Lexington). First off the place was clean and I loved the vibe in there. Management was friendly and cared about you. I went in there because my ear was constantly inflamed from my rook. The tattoo/piercer was extremely knowledgable and helpful in the removal of it. My pain was caused by low quality jewelry. I will definitely go back for any future piercings or tattoos (already got one, contemplating another). On another note I was flipping through the tattoo artist books and holy crap, they do phenomenal work.

I love this shop! I have been going to The Parlor for almost a year now. George Patrick has done an amazingly beautiful full color sleeve on one arm and is working on a black and gray realism sleeve on my other arm. He has done award-winning tattoos on my leg and he also did my head tattoo! I get compliments on my tattoos everywhere I go. Kris Taylor has done several awesome tattoos on my back and Kameron has also tattooed me. I can not say enough about how great my experiences have been! Highly recommend!!

I wanted to get a new piercing and tattoo! I found this place and read all the reviews. I drove by a few tattoo places just to go to them. I have to say I am so glad I did!! Killian was so amazing and was so gentle and helpful with my new piercing. Josh was amazing too! He was very knowledgable in all things tattoo. I would totally recommend The Parlor to anyone looking for a piercing or tattoo! I will not be going anywhere else. Highly satisfied

Went today to get my right tragus pierced. Staff is extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The woman who pierced me (Im sorry, I cant remember her name but shes obsessed with sharks) was so funny, told me everything she was going to do, everything was sterile, and put me completely at ease. This woman knows her stuff, I hardly felt it. Will definitely be going back for my tattoos. Highly recommend!

I got my first tattoo today and everyone was amazing. George did a perfect job and they made me feel very comfortable about getting it before it began. They also made me aware of all things that may happen with a tattoo and gave me a card in order to call or text them with any questions I may have about my new tattoo. If I ever get another I will be going back!!

If youre looking for an amazing place to get tattoos the only place you should be looking is the parlor. The environment is amazig and the artists are even better, everyone is nice and friendly no matter what you come in for. No matter what time of day the shop is always clean. This place is truly amazing

I was a walk-in tonight to get my first tattoo. Everyone I spoke with made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I had an idea of what I wanted but couldnt find a good reference, Kris was wonderful about working with me and came up with an amazing tattoo. I will definitely be back in again if I get another.

It had been over 17 years since my last tat. I went up to parlor today and met Gary who was awesome. Helped me with a design for my daughters name and got me in same day. Tat turned out great. Will be back for 2 more very soon.
