Im addicted! Sometimes the prices are a bit too high but every time Im in there I find great items. I love the fact that the money Im spending goes to helping Habitat for Humanity build houses for others. The Lexington location is very large. They just expanded it. So far its my favorite location for furniture. The management is rude and always stressed. I think maybe they need to replace the management there with people that know how to handle the amount of customers they have there. You, as managers, should realize that you wouldnt have a job if not for your customers. I find that the volunteers are usually much more kind, friendly and helpful. The rudeness has made me shop other locations first and not go there if I can find what Im looking for elsewhere. With all that said, I still shop there because I love helping others. The Richmond KY location is smaller but the people that run it are always friendly, have smiles in their faces and actually make you feel as if you are welcome there.

I like going in Restore! However, the pricing seems to be leaning towards retail these days !! Also, I picked up a cooler to buy for $2.00 (Good Price) but the sku tag had fallen off. (line was 5 deep) So instead of dealing with my issue, the cashier just dismissed me to wait on others. She couldnt talk because of Laryngitis ? Frustrated, I had to leave my possible purchase because she couldnt make an executive decision regarding no sku On my $2.00 item! You need to work on protocol to follow regarding my situation!☹️☹️

Bottom line... I love the restore store! So much awesomeness in one place! Sweet deals! I love saving $$$. I highly recommend looking to HFH ReStore for anything in the home furnishing department and for remodel needs. You will save money over big box stores and the funds go to a good cause. Dont delay! Must check in on the regular to find the best stuff for your projects.

Love this store! The volunteers are amazing and the inventory is always changing. Jim and his team are always upbeat and community minded. The beautiful green space in front of the store is welcoming and the new addition allows for more room.
