Ok so I paid for the rug doctor rental (carpet cleaner machine) to have for 24 hours from home depo Riverdale, GA, Tried it out moved all funiture around but realized it was just spitting out water and soap brought . Looked on YouTube then realized the suction was not working, because of me having the product from 10:40- 6p ...I was told I can not get a refund from a Mgr named Cornell he stated I took to long to bring it back and I didnt call till 5:30pm . ..wow -after yall rented me a machine that was unworkable..... Maybe I didnt call because I thought I was doing something wrong and I kept trying it out ...Thanks home depo for not initializing my time being wasted and the physical strength I used to move all my funiture aside that took 3 hours prior ..... plus used ur product 4 times in the same room thinking I was not doing something right , then to figure out it was broken ... Oh yea thanks for the wet carpet also! This store has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS or maybe poor training of Managers And staff as to how to treat a customer and customer service. Not once did I get an apology, sympathy, or some kind of reinbustment from them renting me out a broken machine . I wanted a refund for the product because I was not going to attempt that task again. I have never in my life been treated with such low dignity . Never again! I guess Im the jack ass for choosing home depo Riverdale GA to rent from! FYI: if you do choose to rent make sure they test it out in the store or else your on your own!

I usually love going to Home Depot, then I came to this one. The service is terrible here and they seem to be understaffed. I waited over half an hour for a online order pick up, when there was just one person in front of me. I literally stared at my item while the staff moved inefficiently and kept the guests in the dark. If know exactly what you want and where it is in the store, then this is your place. Otherwise, avoid this location.

Just called customer service and they were horrible and very rude. Thet said they were closing and it says they close at 10 and right now its 8:55. Literally I asked my question and they said "no one is here right now call back in the morning" then hung up! Extremely disappointed! It was about an application submission too! Not sure I want to work there any more if theyre that disrespectful to customers

Most Home Depot Customer Service personnel don;t know anything about their job. I called to ask if Home Depot carried peach tree seedlings. agent did not have the foggiest idea what I was talking about. I said instead of the peach tree seed, did they have a small peach tree that I could plant instead of the seed...And she instead she did not know...So I just said thanks and hung up...

My experience there is being good so far, they help, but some times I have to wait more than I have to for assistance . Any ways overall they try to help and I got good advises and services. Lately they been hiring Spanish people and is good they always smile and treat you right and help

I am in one department standing for over 20 minutes. At least 5 associates pass me in transit. I am asking for assistance but no one does. I have spent over 3k on the project Im working on. I will now start taking my business to Lowes from now on. The service at Home Depot is terriable.

I came to home depot twice today the get a power cord. The first Time I asked for assistance I waited for twenty-five minutes before leaving. Came back later, asked for assistance again , twenty minutes later, no one. Asked again, come to find out they didnt even have what I needed!!

I cant return things here anymore. Or any home depot for that matter, turns out there is a limit on returns without recepts, but they dont tell you until you get to it, then they want you to send a letter to the corp office. Are they kidding? Ive spent 100k there over the years.

sales rack with things on it that says on sale but then the items have no price or nothing on it. So you think youre going to get a item on sale when they tell you no its not on sale its a regular price. then why do you got all them on the sales on reck hwy 85 in Riverdale

Went to buy a dishwasher, could not find anyone to help. Went to second home depot and told dishwasher not stocked,,earliest delivery date 8/22. Going to Lowes first thing Thursday morning to purchase, bring home meet installer at 5p.m. Home depot you loosing me.

This particular store is in a convenient location for me and I shop there because of that reason but if I think I might need help with something I go someplace else, so H.D. is a great place to shop as long as you dont need help.

My outdoor delivery was a no call/no show. Spent over 30 minutes being pushed on hold from one associate to another. When someone finally spoke with me they didnt know what happened or where my order was located.

Poor at best. Staff very unhelpful; management didnt know where products were. As a master plumber I have to run a business. All they care about is staying gone long enough for the day to be done.
