My family just purchased a house and we decided we were going to buy all of the materials at Home Depot. Anyone buying a house knows how stressful it is to deal with DIY projects. We chose our local home depot store. First day there, super nice! They asked us about opening up a credit card with the best attitude possible. My mom thought it was a good idea. As the week has progressed, we have visited the store multiple times. The service has gotten worse and worse. I, myself, have worked in customer service before and 1. I know when i am in the wrong 2. When i am being disrespected. I was in awe of the way the manager and staff spoke to us today. We received a coupon in the mail. We have been trying to use it everyday (you would too if it saved you $100+) every day, there has been a different problem with it. Never allowing us to use it. We have already spent thousands of dollars in this store. Today, we went to check out normally. (My mom was at the store for 3 hours yesterday trying to figure it out and avoid the problem) they sent us to customer care. When we arrived there, we dealt with libby older woman blonde hair. As my brother started telling her our situation, she goes i dont care what the told you. We wont do it for you. Mmmm excuse me? Then interrupts my brother and says i dont care who told you what in any store. Youre wrong and were not gonna do it. My brother said he had spoken to the manager the previous day and all he wanted was clarity on the situation. Mind you, the coupon we were using was saving us $21. Libby said she was going to call a manager before he approached us, she went to meet him in the middle of the way. When he got to us, the managers name was JIM. He was rolling his eyes... My brother tried and talked to him he cut him half sentenced and said i dealt with your mom yesterday and im not dealing with you. Wowwww. My brother said i need clarity on what yall say. Every day is something different. Yesterday was something else. He responded with YESTERDAY WAS THE PAST. The past is history. Mmmm yesterday wasnt the past when you were kissing our butt to get a credit card out of us. WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM HOME DEPOT AGAIN. The amount of disrespect. My brother pulled him aside after we made our purchase and said i dont think you handled that very well he said when youre dealing with the same people, you just want them out of here. Our pleasure. We will be out of their way. Never buy anything from Home Depot on woodstock (exit 7 of 575) GEORGIA.

Make all of your prices the same. Was buying a thankless water kennesaw store price was 1179.00 and Woodstock store was 1299.00, one manager said match the price over the phone to a cashier and then another manager walked up and said no we dont match prices. Highly dissatisfied when I was spending over 2000.00 today for matetials on one job. I own a plumbing company and spend roughly $15,000.00 a month at home depot (which I will certainly not be doing anymore). So for $120.00 the Woodstock store has lost my business with home depot. Check for yourselves online Rheem Tankless water heater 9.5 EcoSense high efficiency kennesaw location is $1179.00 and Woodstock location is $1299.00. Keep in mind that they are within 6 miles from each other. Kennesaw didnt have any in stock of course.

Awful experience at this home depot...particularly in the wood department. Extremely rude customer service when asked to bring down a fresh pallet of wood. Both employees were griping and complaining about having to help me. I build furniture , mainly tables and i buy my wood from home depot and need nice boards not the a** end of the stacks. I will not be returning to this home depot after how i was treated. If the manager is reading this, you really need to check your employees attitudes and make sure they are helping customers instead of turning them away. I am certified to train forklift drivers, and your driver was driving with an attitude because he had to drop a pallet for me, shook the entire racks. Completely unsafe forklift driving.

Ive been using this Home Depot for years and leaving dissatisfied is a very rare occurrence and with stores as big as this it usually is because of one "bad apple" of an employee. When that has happened, I can say that the offending employee isnt there for very long. The staff is visible, friendly, and always trying to help. The first time a staff member recognized me in passing and asked how I was I was shocked and honestly thought they had mistaken me for someone else.

I agree management is very rude. They would not honor a price from another Home Depot that was 8 miles away even though I showed them the receipt with the purchase price...He didnt even try to accommodate me what so ever and basically said thats their price not ours. I thought they were all the same..needless to say I dont use this Home Depot and it is 4 mins from my house... I drive the extra 10 minutes to get to a better one.

Anytime I visit Home Depot I never know where to find item Im looking for. Thanks to customer service they always point me in the right direction. The staff is visible and willing to help. Occasionally they are occupied with other people, that only means that they are taking care of the customer. The only reason that they dont get 5 stars is that the prices are not competitive with Lowes or Walmart.

Second week in october there are no mowers in stock but all of the home depots are fully stocked for Christmas. Home depot has put all the small neighboor hood mower shops out of buisness and now they are a seasonal home decor store. By the way 100% of every Christmas decoration manufactured in China! !!!!. From now on this contractor pro will try harder to patronise local buisness.

Whenever I’m in need of something from my kitchen, I always buy here. Ovens, hand mixers, food processors, blenders are here. Name it they got it here. The brands are very reliable. They are good investments.

Very helpful in unloading pavers and loading new pavers. Gentleman in plumbing helped me pick the correct multi turn straight valve for repairing a toilet. Excellent customer service as always, Thank you!!

Nice Home Depot. Always busy, especially on the weekends. But staff is usually pretty helpful. This has been our go-to home improvement store since my wife and I moved to Woodstock.
