This was by far the easiest and best experience Ive had purchasing a vehicle. Paul the salesperson is fantastic! He was not at all pushy and it took very little time - our whole transaction probably took about 15 minutes, not including the test drive. He knows what he is doing and is very laid back but very professional. Tommy Neutz, the owner, is also spectacular. We talked for quite some time about the business and why they do things the way they do - no pressure, quality used vehicles, and they stand behind them. I actually spoke with Tommy and Paul for way longer than it took to do the paperwork. I totaled my previous vehicle and found an Odyssey at Neutz Brothers. The vehicle was very clean but they said they did not have an opportunity to clean the carpet and floor mats. Since I needed the vehicle immediately, I asked to bring it back the next week (I actually couldnt get it done until the following week - my issue, not theirs). I dropped off the vehicle on Monday and when I went to get it on Tuesday evening, the guy who did the work was there and explained that the floor mats did not get as clean as he wanted so he wanted to keep them a couple more days to get them right. Wow - the company culture is so strong that the detailer is empowered to make the customer happy and is proud of where he works and what he does. Incredible. I wish I got his name to give him a proper thank you here but I do appreciate his efforts! I bought the vehicle on the 2nd. It had an out-of-state title so it needed a Sheriffs inspection (they took care of this when I dropped off the Odyssey for the cleanup). On the 19th, they had my tag. In Kentucky, the dealer has 60 days to get the tag (it used to be 30 but the big dealers lobbied for the extra time). Neutz Brothers had my tag in 17 days with a Sheriffs inspection in there, too. WOW!! I highly recommend Neutz Brothers. If you are in the market for a used vehicle, this is the first place you should go - and will likely be the last. I am a customer for life!!

I had never purchased a car before. My first truck was passed down through the family. I got it when I was 16 and it lasted me 10 years. It finally had more problems than I could fix and it was time for something new. I made a couple of stops before Neutz Brothers and I kept looking because at those places the car buying experience was as horrible as advertised. I went online and saw a car at Neutz Brothers that I really liked. So I went to take a look after work one day. When I got there, I found 2 more that I really liked and couldnt make up my mind. Tommy and Paul gave me the keys to all 3 cars and told me to take my time. They didnt rush me into anything and finally I picked one that I liked the best. Financing is supposed to be a pain... But Tommy handled all that for me. The whole process was really easy because Tommy and Paul exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to help me. Now, I couldnt be happier about my new car and the service at Neutz Brothers. I get mad when people get too close to it in traffic and Im proud that it says "Neutz Brothers" on the back. Any cars I buy in the future will say the same. I bought a great car, at a great price from great people and I suggest you do the same. Give Tommy and Paul a call! You wont be disappointed!

Smooth, no stress car buying experience. My wife and I went around Louisville to scout potential vehicles at the larger dealerships around town, but never came away feeling confident enough to buy. We read the steller reviews here on Google about Neutz brothers and decided to take a look. It started to rain as we were looking at vehicles on the lot and one of the mechanics raced out of the shop to hand us an umbrella. We were almost won over by that alone, but after our interaction with Paul Roberts and Tommy Neutz, we knew we were in good hands and we finally got that confident feeling to finalize a deal to purchase a vehicle. Their vehicles are inspected, serviced, and warrantied. You will be hard pressed to find any big name dealership offer even one of those aspects in the price range Neutz brothers sell their vehicles at. Everything we found was "as is" at every other larger dealership. We came away pleased and with peace of mind. There isnt another dealership I would recommend to anyone. 5 stars!

Tommy taught me how to independently look up the value of a car, and what to look for in reading a car report - Way beyond Tommy’s expected job description! I walked away, returning a month later. 2006 Scion XA After scouring the web, looking at vehicles on lots, we saw the same thing:overpriced, over-miled vehicles in worn condition... not what you would expect for one that you have been driving and traded. Very frustrating, until we came to Neutz Brothers. Tommy was a pleasure to work with. Left us alone to look, answered questions, was factual. Vehicles were serviced and detailed (vs his competition). What you see is what you get, so you can make an educated choice. His price is the price, so you know what you are dealing with, budget-wise or expectations. He held a car for us to look at, processed the transaction, agreed to fix an open item and another minor item. We felt confident in our purchase. Thanks Tommy! We will be back...we now know where to come. We feel they are like family and will treat them as such.

I bought an Avalon that Tommy Neutz carefully selected, with a CarFax history, inspected by his expert mechanic for any fault detectable, and any needed maintenance done for miles to come. All my questions and concerns were answered. The detail mechanic showed me what to use to keep it good looking. The paperwork at the courthouse was handled perfectly (thanks Paul). I traded in two junkers Tommy sent to the auction for a very good price. I have had our family’s many cars serviced at Neutz and Tudor for about 20 years. My brother has bought several cars from Tommy over several years. I bought probably the cheapest car on Tommy’s lot, but was treated as a family customer just the same. Tommy thinks about my future business as well as present business.
