I recently visited Tri-County Ford and worked with Steve the salesmen. Steve was very polite and was a non-pressure salesmen. He showed me the truck I was interested in and had it ready for test driving at the agreed upon time. We drove the truck and I told them I would be back over the weekend with my wife. He did not try and force me to buy on the spot and followed up with me via email closer to the end of the week to see if I was still planning on coming by. I came in Saturday with my trade and we were able to come to a deal with very little negotiation. The Sales Manager was very straight forward about my trade value and even took the time to show me that they could get them from auction for the same price he was giving me. That type of transparency in the car buying industry is very uncommon. The Internet pricing on the purchase was very straight forward and he explained all the discounts I was able to get. I was able to buy a 57k 2016 Ford F150 FX4 for 43k because of there competitive pricing and rebates. After the pricing was complete, Steve had the truck cleaned and then showed us through the technology. The Finance Manager was very friendly and polite as well. We are both prior servicemen so we did shoot the breeze a bit. He didnt pressure any extras but did offer a few things like warranty, GAP, etc that I was free to add as well. Ive had the truck for 2 months and love it. I enjoyed my experience at Tri-County Ford and with 3 Fords (F150, Fusion, and Focus) in my drive...Im sure to be back for the great service and large selection !!!!!

I recently purchased a 2017 Expedition EL from Tri-County Ford. I must say this was the best car buying experience I ever had. I had been working with another dealership for over a month and they were not very responsive and it really seemed like they did not want to sell me what I wanted. After contacting Tri-County their customer service was head and shoulders above the rest. Kaitlin Woods from the internet sales team responded quickly to my inquiries. I did most of my communication over the phone and via email because I just did not have time to come into the dealership, and to be perfectly honest I did not want the run around again. Kaitlin and her supervisor Jennifer Glass informed me that they did not have the vehicle at their dealership but that she could find one for me. Later that day she sent me an email with the specs of not one but two vehicles that met my criteria. I came in to sign some papers and worked with Stan and Jade were very helpful and answered all my crazy questions. They both followed up with me the next day to make sure I did not have any more questions. Three days later I was driving exactly what I wanted. I cant say enough about them. I felt like I got a GREAT deal and exactly what I wanted. Thank you TRI-COUNTY FORD!

Had a great experience with Ryan and the entire team at Tri-County Ford. I have been taking my now-former 2007 Truck to the Tri-County service department since I purchased it from another dealer. Had one issue, wrote a brief email about it and they made it right the next day! That was the final thing that convinced me to purchase a new truck from Tri-County. I did a web search first and they sent me a number of vehicles to consider. Great follow-up from the team. I travel a lot so they worked around my schedule and eve offered to bring vehicles to me. They sent me a few more options, with a single email I asked about the truck and set up an appointment to drive it. Ryan and I took the truck for a drive, he did a great job of going through the new features with me of the 2017 model. (yep, I was driving a 10 year old one and what great improvements Ford has made since 2007). Within two hours I drove the truck off the lot with all of the paperwork done, the truck detailed, and Ryan even moved my trailer hitch (I would have forgotten it). Nice thing was no pressure, and and easy purchase. I will recommend Tri-County and their sales, service and body team for all of your automotive needs! Thank you Tri-County Ford Team!

Very unhappy with my service that I had on 12/21/2016. . I was in for a oil change and alignment and they tried to charge me 133.40 and i had a $ 25.00 discount coupon once I question the bill a service person said let me see what i can do , he came back to me and said it would be $116.10 when i asked him to explain the bill he said he wasnt sure how i was charge . the way my math adds up is $43.45 for the oil change 79.99 for the alignment and 1.39 for tax which adds up to $124.83 and then subtract the $ 25.00 coupon i had the bill should of been $ 99.83 . I also ask if i could use my rewards points and person told me NO . I contacted Ford rewards and they told me I should on been able to use my rewards also. I am very unhappy that i was taken advantage of and lied to when i question my bill. I would like someone from Tri-county Ford contact me and explain to me why this happen. UPDATE !!! WOW I just received a phone call from the service manager Rick Soards and we discussed my complaint and he explained where the misunderstanding was with my bill. Rick solved my issue . Thank you Rick Soards

Purchased a 2006 equinox there. It was used so I expected a few minor problems but considering they have their multiple point inspection before they sell used cars I went ahead and purchased the vehicle. But after having the BATTERY replaced and new STRUTS, BRAKES, TAILIGHTS, HEATER CORE, TIRES and COOLANT LEAKS fixed the car now runs great....all of this within 8 months of the initial purchase. Point Im trying to make is the motor and transmission worked flawless, everything else....not so much. UPDATE after my girlfriend wrecked the car tri county offered a great deal on another vehicle and with another sales manager in charge and a sizable discount for the hassle we had with the las car we decided to give them another chance. Bad idea....2007 Ford edge loaded with every option. Within 4 months we had to replace TAILLIGHTS, BRAKE BOOSTER and BATTERY. Also there is a recall on this vehicle for the airbags. so if you managed to make it this far into this review my advice is to go somewhere else. Someplace that offers a warranty and stands by their vehicles.

Whatever you do, dont buy a Ford Focus. What they dont tell you prior to buying it is that the transmission is AWFUL. And it will start acting up within several thousand miles. The issue couldnt be fixed, and Ive brought it to this dealership several times. Ive had to call off work, and be late to work. Their "shuttle" to get you to work is not a shuttle but an old pick up truck that cant get you to work in time and cant pick you up because they dont work the normal business hours. After Stan sold me my car, and I started having problems with it, I emailed him and NEVER got a response back. I guess he got his money and now I didnt matter. The service guys are the only people that I actually liked because they kept it real with me and agreed that the Focus is junk. Not impressed with this dealership at all. It made me not want to buy a Ford ever again. Taking my business elsewhere and trading this car in for something more realible. Good riddance.
