So we encountered the sticky dash/door panels issue on our 2007 Lexus IS250 and contacted this Lexus dealership earlier this year, around February 2017, to get it replaced. We are told that they will replace the dash and the 2 front door panels but claim they want to wait on the back doors until it gets hot outside to see if they are having the same issue. A few months later, surprise, its finally gotten hot outside and the door panels are nice and sticky. So we contact them again to order the replacements and are told that the warranty is expired now (May 31st 2017)... So basically, we were told to wait until it got warm so they wouldnt have to deal with it anymore. We are told that we shouldnt be upset with the "messenger" because she was just informing us of the bad news. The thing is, the same "messenger" told us to wait just past when they dont have to care anymore. Thanks Kim. Just to get the front dash replaced involved a lot of hassle and back and forth. We were told if we wanted the dash replaced that it would take over a year to get the part BEFORE they would order them. We didnt care as we wanted it replaced. Some how, it arrived the same week. Glad to see this is how Lexus treats people. If this was some budget car, I could understand, but an over priced luxury car, smh... So Ive finally moved up enough in the world to be able to afford a nice, new, luxury car. Tesla sure is looking better now. I see the response below from the owner. You obviously didnt read and understand this review. You all intentionally mislead us to not replace the door panels, knowing that the claim period would expire. If it has expired and we couldnt take advantage of this because of you all being, idk, maybe too lazy to file the claim, you are responsible for the costs. I have called a billion times over the last month and no one every answers and no one calls back. This is ridiculous.

I was in the market for a reasonably priced used car and found that Lexus of Louisville had the lowest price in town for the car I was seeking. I saw the car online and sent an email inquiring about the car. I think I got a reply in 2 seconds acknowledging my email and the very next morning, my sales consultant contacted me to set up a time to take a test drive. From the time I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. The receptionist was very sweet and kept offering me beverages while I waited for my appointment. My sales consultant Jessica was sharp, enthusiastic, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. When I noted that there were some scratches and minor cosmetic imperfections on the car, she immediately went and got the sales manager who personally scoured the car with me and took an inventory of the repairs I wanted done. He threw in all the cosmetic repairs for free and gave me a loaner car while the repairs were done, neither of which I expected. I feel he went above and beyond the call of duty when he did that. Admittedly not all of the minor cosmetic issues were resolved, but I suppose thats to be expected with a used car thats been worn in like mine was. When it came to financing, the gentleman who helped me jump through all the financing hoops was very friendly and patient with me and my many questions. All in all, Im very happy with my lovely new (used!) car and my experiences with Lexus of Louisville. They went out of their way to accomodate me, and even though I didnt throw down a ton of money for this purchase since Im a newly graduated young professional, Lexus of Louisville can be assured that I will definitely give VERY strong consideration to buying my next car there when I have a more copious paycheck. : )

"MY" Lexus has been the best car I have ever owned, driven, and slammed miles on as a single Mom (ie... taxi), news anchor and community advocate. My Lexus dealer cannot be beat. Joe Brooks is the person who takes care of me normally when I step through the doors of the Lexus dealership.....although Joe has not been there a time or two (I guess because he does have a life beyond Lexus) and anyone Ive ever dealt with at the dealership treats me as if Im Donald Trump and I have the power to say "Youre fired !" Now....Im not that kind of person but to get rid of my friends or the best car Ive ever driven would be ridiculous. My last 3 cars were Jags....OMG. My problem now is not that poor little cat that cant keep up and cost a billion bucks every 3 weeks. It is my fear of retirement. I want to drive a Lexus when I retire....BUT WHAT IF I DIDNT PLAN RETIREMENT RIGHT ???? I cant imagine being in any other car or with any other group but the wonderful staff at the Lexus dealership !!! You think thats silly right ?? It almost borders on lusting for the darn thing. Im serious. Lexus is MY CAR !!!!!! Not just because it is GORGEOUS but it is dependable, easy for me to understand too. If my tires are low or I have a nail or slow leak...... it tells me. If something else is wrong, it just tells me. I go in acting like I know what Im talking about although I know they would never take advantage of me any way. I am a single mother, news anchor and in the community with as many as 250 events a year. I have to have my car and I have one that is stunning and takes care of me. So does the Lexus team. No/.... "they did not pay me for this endorsement but they sure sold me a FINE car !!!

Maggie Goebel knows how to sell to a woman. I am a teacher so I am interested in the end goal. I figure out how to reach it according to the circumstances at hand. I am not interested in excessive detail. Maggie used teacher-oriented techniques with me. The end goal is a great car that suits my needs and I am comfortable driving. She gave me a few bits of information about how the car functions and what different buttons mean. Maggie approached me with just the information necessary to produce the end result. As a teacher, I carefully note stumbling blocks to my students success. Again, Maggie met me here. I had a stumbling block. Extreme stress. I was in a serious car accident that could have easily caused injury or death. Two days earlier, I had been rear ended by a person under the influence of prescription drugs. The car was a foot shorter than before. I was uninjured because I was driving a Lexus. The car took the hit leaving the passenger compartment untouched. I was however stiff, sore, and very stressed. Maggie was very gentle with me. She let me make the decisions on what I was ready to do behind the wheel. She could read a change in me as the day wore on. Change that I was unaware of. She tried her best to relieve my discomfort. All of this, while taking care of the details of the sale and satisfying my engineer husband who is interested in every detail about the car. The car is beautiful and solid. Oh, how I love solid! If you are in the market for a new or pre-loved Lexus, go see Maggie Goebel at Lexus of Louisville. I promise, you wont be sorry!
