We were not very happy that the item they ordered for us did not come in when projected. It was our first experience dealing with Fincannon, so we were suspicious. However, the service we received from "Robert" made our experience a positive one. He was very friendly and personable as he found a way to fit us into the schedule. We had checked prices before deciding on going with the Hartford City business. The price was as quoted and we are very happy with the work. We will definitely be repeat customers!

Called @ 7:30 this morning talked to Robert in service about my vehicle, he set up a time at 9:30 for me to bring my vehicle in. In a half hour they had replaced my throttle body under warranty and performed a steering assist calibration. Very pleased. Will most likely go here instead of bill mccoy in muncie.
