Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership! My father purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I looked over his paperwork and the vehicle itself and believed he had a decent deal. He has been wanting an all electric vehicle for some time however has less than desirable credit. They made his dream come true. So I was in need of another vehicle myself and my father was insistent I purchase a hybrid(2012 Toyota Prius) that had been sitting on the lot. Even though my income significantly has increased my credit is not the greatest. Surprisingly Kevin said he was able to get me preapproved. We drove 2.5 hours for this deal. When I arrived and he went over the paperwork he was charging me $3000 more than what he had advertised online and at a very high interest rate. I questioned this immediately although I expected the high interest rate. The excuse of my credit being an issue and how he needed to jack up the price in order to protect himself in case I defaulted. I am a college graduate in business so I had to chuckle to myself when he tried the bs of explaining I would save a lot on the price by paying it off early or refinancing. Well I knew if I took that advice I was not saving on the price of the car only the interest in such a case. But after some negotiating on putting money down, the price was lowered but still over $2000 the asking price. I knew my father was super excited about this deal and I am increasing my income very quickly so the thousands I consider will be nothing to me and the salesman must be desperate for a sale. I also consider the possibility of the ally of networking with the dealership for future business. All based on what I saw with my father’s purchase. I have had the car for a week and more and more warning lights are appearing on the dash. Before all the lights appearing, I also spoke with them about purchasing a vehicle for my son who is a college student and will be traveling great distances. See his review for an even worse unimaginable experience. So awful we have had to reach out to protect others from the antics of this small desperate dealership and seek legal action. His vehicle was a Silver 2006 Volvo S40. Warning do not purchase this vehicle from the lot. I am sure they will put a band-aid on it and resell it to someone else. Before you do purchase a vehicle, speak with the neighborhood watch lady who will tell you all about the many cars she sees leaving one day and coming back the next or within the week with very unhappy customers left stranded.

Cars are pretty good looking inside & out but it is strongly suggested that you have the vehicle inspected before buying. Just left Stoops and shelled out $429.00 for 2 transmission issues, one TRANSMISSION issue was covered by the warranty and one wasnt. Also had to get a sway bar replacement, control arm bushing replaced, wheel alignment, some kind of carbuerator filter they suggested I replace, and parking lamp replaced. I knew there was an issue with the transmission a few days after I got it bc it was shifting harder than it should have been and the suspension; well popping noises when turning and hitting bumps isnt normal either. Get the extended warranty because the company did pay $1,400 in repairs but I still ended up paying $429 which was $100 deductible for what the warranty did cover and rest of the repairs the warranty didnt cover was about $329.00. As far as customer service & accommodation goes, theyre good on that which is why they (Kevin & Grant) get the 2 stars, one each. Guys, if youre going to sell cars as is and offer ppl the chance to get approved for payments for four years like you did me, I would like to think you would have these vehicles in good working condition. Its obvious this vehicle wasnt inspected and fixed before sold. It had too much wrong with it at one time not to mention the front brake pads needed replaced as well and Ive just had the truck two weeks so those started squeaking a week after buying. Saved myself some coin by going to OReilly and having my guy at work do those. Ill definitely be having the next used vehicle I buy inspected first even if it costs me a diagnostic fee! At least it would possibly save me some up front money in the long run. I figured I would eventually have to start fixing things on this truck but not this soon, not two freaking weeks after buying. GOOD GRIEF.

I will admit that this was my first real car shopping experience and I had been searching online for a few weeks before even stepping foot into the car lot. I had contacted several dealers but every one of them did not meet my few simple requests and every one of them were pushy except for Grant. When I came in he let me have my time to look at the vehicle. He didnt try to sugar coat anything and any questions I had he answered to the best of his ability (which is what we all want). The buying experience I had with Grant was so easy that I can immediately recommend him to my friends, he even went as far as fixing one of the minor issues with the vehicle at no extra charge to me. While his lot is pretty small all of the vehicles on there were good quality cars and they are always changing. If you hate pushy car salesmen and would rather get an honest opinion go visit Grant.

Im a college student at Ball State and the guys really gave me a chance to get a car. But, when I was promised that they stand behind their cars, I was lied to. No more than 7 months later my car is not able to be driven. They made an excuse and said that I didnt buy the warranty and I was never offered a warranty. Not to mention that I paid about $3000 over what the car was worth. Thanks alot. I loved my Jeep at first, It was great in the snow, but they have refused to help me when I needed them the most. The car is clearly defective and they did nothing to help me. Now I have a car note as well as high repair bills.

Had a break down on Monday, got a new car with a great deal on Tuesday! Had issues with it, and took it in to be repaired on Wednesday, got it back running great and Thursday, and drove it to work of Friday. I went from having the worst week to having the best week. Kevin and Grant are life savers! They got me a great car with a great deal, and even worked with me on the down payment! Would recommend them to anyone!

Was easy to finance, and Grant was a good man and stuck by his word and stuck new front brakes on for me. The car runs like a top... May have paid a little more for car than what it was worth but that is how it goes when you finance a vehicle. I have no complaints and would recommend Grant at Car Cove for anyone needing a quick vehicle. Thanks again Grant...
