I really liked the florence store when it opened but not so much now . No one seems to want to help you . If you show them an ad they let you try to purchase it before they let you know thats only for certain customers , etc . Thats just one example .How can you have 3 employees standing by the registers with 10 customers and only 1 open ? I love harbor freight but I will have to go three times further because of the worst service at one the I only live 30 minutes from . I say yes to Harbor Freight but !!!! no to the one in Florence Kentucky !!!!!!

Sure, the tools are cheap. The hand tools are good quality. The electric tools are not high quality...you get what you pay for. If you need something to work for a few months and/or on low intensity jobs, they work fine, and you just expect them to be disposable. BUT...the service here is limited and fairly unhelpful. But thats what happens when you hire teenagers who would rather dip chewing tobacco, chat with each other, and text on their cell phones instead of help customers.

They have good deals and coupons can be in the paper or sign up for their news latter and you can get them in your email. there is a lot of things to choose from. yes there is parking for wheel chairs and you can get in with one.

Cashier was to busy with his cell phone looked annoyed I was ready to check out. Florence ky. Items I bought seemed reasonable just remember you get what you pay for. Dont expect top or even medium quality products

dont buy the frame nail guns here, mine is five years old and I cant find the nails it takes anywere. They told , we are sorry. I told them ill put that in the review but I dont think it will help much.

I like their store, my husband goes there a lot. They have coupons that you can get little items for free when you spend a certain amount. And not just tools but yard, kitchen, craft room, & crafts too.

very cheap prices on wholesale tools and nick-knacks..... horrible smell though...everytime I go in there....its a factory type smell ....some of the stuff is very cheaply made so ve cautious

Stuff that wont last for ever but if I am looking for a tool to only do a job a few times or need a tool that I can beat the hell out of and not care this is my go to spot to pick it up.

Tools for a fair price. If you dont feel like dropping hundreds on hat you need to get the job done, this is your place. Also, lifetime warranty, dont forget where you put your recipt.

Quality isnt the greatest on most of their stuff but sometimes you need a cheap alternative to a tool youll only use once and thats where these come in great.

Dont buy things that are obvious to fail. However, a lot of their stuff is reliable and actually covered by a lifetime warranty (think clamps).
