Plumbing and electric hardware is more than twice as expensive as home depot for many items. For example, 1/2 copper tee is 1.99 at ace, .94 cents at home depot. $13 dollars for a pair of dryer vent clamps??? Unless you need an item in a hurry make the drive to the big guys.

Independence Ace....what a super staff! I had 4 different associates say hi and check on me....so glad I impulsively stopped in because I found the perfect rockers for my home and the price was no more than home depot! Glad to keep my business local☺

Awful the employees didnt know what they were doing. they Googled every question I had and everything they gave me did not work and when I came in two girl employees were braiding their hair and not doing anything, disappointing.

Great place in Independence to find odds and ends and small parts. Helpful staff and have most everything a hardware department would have at Home Depots or Lowes. Pretty good lawn care section also.

Dont expect a phone call letting you know your windows you drop off to get the screens replaced are ready. After three weeks I finally called to find theyd been ready just sitting around.

We Love this store! Everyone is so nice and very helpful! So much easier to go in and find what your looking for! Easier then going into the big hardware stores!

I want to like the store, but it is was to pricey compared to Lowes or Home Depot. It is convenient though and that would be the only reason I would come here.
