Im kind of surprised this place is still open. Ive only been there once, but the two employees that were there at the time did not seem to know much about the store or their products. I handed them a printout of an order Id placed the previous night and it almost seemed like theyd never seen an online order before. Auto Zone is just down the street, and Ive never seen less than four employees waiting to help customers out, and they seem like they know their jobs. UPDATE: I had to return the item I purchased because after reading the directions, I realized it wasnt close to enough, and the gallon size what I really needed. The person who took care of me was very courteous, and knew right where the gallon size product was. She processed the return, and gave me the online discount on the new product. Im going to give them five stars for this second experience.

Ordered parts online to pick up in store, only to find out when I got home and ready to put them on they gave me the wrong item. Went to exchange them in store, staff wasnt terribly friendly guy behind the counter called his coworker an "f***ing idiot" in front of me. They didnt really seem to care that their mistake ended up wasting hours of my time.
