My caliber came loose while I was driving home from Alabama. MY BRAKES WERE NOT WORKING AT ALL. I stopped here cause it was the first place I saw. The counter person was telling me about some mechanics that could help but it was Saturday they were closed and I was stuck. The manager was walki g by and overheard and stopped what he was doing to go outside and look at my car. He actually crawled underneath in his CLEAN UNIFORM! He said I needed a caliber bolt and looked but they didnt have one. Instead of saying sorry and doing nothing Paul the manager crawled back under and took the bolt out from the other side and went back inside and found one to work for me. He did all that for a $4 sale. He wouldnt take a tip, just said if his daughter was stuck somewhere he hoped someone would do the same for her. Unbelievable!!i gave him a hug and went 9utside and cried for 5 minutes before I left for home....nobody does this ANYWHERE...especially for no reason....dont know if this every autozone or just here but JUST wanted to share.

Came in to buy a few battery terminals, I usually come to this store because they are one of the few that honor military discounts, well last week Margie felt as if see needed to question my term of service herself even though it was stated on my government I.D. even though it was stated on my I.D see feels the need to tell me I dont look old enough to be a veteran, and continued to be disrespectful about the situation. Stay away from here folks, if they treat your vets like scum Im sure those they feel arent to their standards dont have much of a chance for decent help. Tried calling local corporate office to resolve the issue and Mr. Beaver the district manager feels as if this type of disrespect is okay from his employees.

I cant say how many times I have left some place after receiving good service and said to myself Im going to write or call the corporate office to let someone know what a exceptional employe they have. Ive done more calling about my complaints. Ive done my share of trying to work on cars to save money and Mike has always been very helpful and made me feel as if he really appreciates me as a customer. Well today was no exception. Mike went over and above my expectations in his service.

I bought an AGM battery for my BMW before my OEM went bad. The battery wouldnt hold a charge for more than 1 day. I took it to the store for a refund and they refused. There customer service was exceptionally useless. This is a horrible policy. Sold me a defective product and refused to refund me my money.

Everyone has at least one of these, so heres my opinion. If your not a car or truck guy(girl) personally , I dont think that the auto parts store is the best job for you. Pulling parts from a computer stock list and then a shelf but truly never changed the brakes on car. Wallyworld is always needing help.

I had a tail light out and I had no idea how to change it. I called before I went to see if they can change it for me. The guy on the phone was pretty short with me but when I arrived they gentleman who helped me was very sweet he even replaced the bulb for me.
