Walked into Parts store at 10:00 A.M. 1 Customer in store. 1 Employee typing at Cash register and other employees behind the counter area parts isles. Granted the employees appeared to be working. I stood in front of counter and no one acknowledged my presence. I then walked down to the employee who was typing and still no response or acknowledgement that I was standing there until I said how are you doing. Then the employee did not ask me if I needed anything, just assumed all I needed was some key rings and started ringing them up until I informed him I needed some parts. He then told another employee I needed some parts and told them to look my parts up. This next employee acted like she was preoccupied or ADD. Definitely was nothing hyper about any of them. There was one employee who was actually helping the customer already in the store. The only thing positive I have to say is that though they did not have the exact part, the store had something I could make work. You get much better CUSTOMER SERVICE at the Advance Auto in Bremen GA. I will not return to this particular store. No Customer should have to be treated as if you are there to wait on them. If I recall, the employees at Advance Auto get paid because of people like me who like to work on their own vehicles and go to parts stores to purchase parts.

Great experience. Car would not start. AAA jumped it then it seemed fine. Guys checked for a compatible battery before I came in, tested it first just in case, and then installed it while I waited. Thanks Lane.
