Patty, the manager, was extremely rude when checking over military id for discount. Never seen someone scrutinize the front and back, look at my DOD ID number, and my social before. Then she approved it aftee giving us a ugly face. Walked away. The purchase kept messing the register up and ovbiously the poor man who was helping us was looking for help, and Venice N, another lady worker snapped and told him to just move ot all to another register rather than try and help fix the issue and she had no customer service skills at all either. Patty ended up coming back and had to do the transaction after Venice sbapped at Poor Caleb and I got visibly upset after dealing with their attitudes. She started my transaction over and when Caleb would try and help by giving her information she would shove her hand in his face to shut him up and had the meanest look on her face. Obviously, someone with such awful customer service should not be in such a position. Never will I come back here again.

The lady manager is very brassy and rude. The employees there were very nice but the manager stands around bossing everyone around instead of managing the store. There is a huge difference. Constantly, Get over here and cash this customer out. Get over here and stock this. Get over here!... . I came in to get a starter tested. I had to use PB blaster to free the bolts. There was a residue smell as a result. Manager insisted that I sprayed starter fluid (Ethyl Ether) on it. Then she said Same thing. What?!? WHY THE SAM HELL WOULD I SPRAY ETHER ON AN ELECTRIC MOTOR?!?!? Heres a word of advice to the manager- Try not talking down at your customers (same for your employees) as if they were completely F$!*%$G stupid! Ive been working on my cars for 30 years! Employees looked miserable working under this manager. Surprised they dont simply walk out the door on her. She is the reason I will never shop this store again. She has a serious personality problem!

Patty the manager is a rude disrespectful bully . I brought a warranty return part in that was faulty. I had my receipt, part and packaging. She still tried to weasel out of the deal by telling me to go to another store to get my refund. Unbelievable they have this person in management. I told her I wasnt leaving until I got my refund there where I bought it . She told me to leave again cause I was causing a scene. I told her she was creating a scene by not honoring the agreement on the receipt warranty and I wasnt moving until I received my refund. . Finally she gave in and had another employee pay me back . Absolutely unprofessional to try to intimidate a customer out of a warranty agreement in front of a store full of customers . Probably works for her sometimes. I will never spend another penny in an AutoZone as long as I live . I have contacted corporate AutoZone and hopefully Patty will soon get the boot .

I purchased a battery charger on 7/6/2017 that I did not need or use for $74.89. I tried to return it on 8/10/2017, and was told it had been used, and they no longer sold it for my purchase price, but now was $29.99. The manager was very rude and insisted that it had dirt and dust on it. It was still in the box I bought it in, and I assured her that I had not used it, I didnt know how. Now $75 bucks wont send me to the poor house, and I have no reason to lie about it, so obviously I was sold and inferior product, and I want my money back. I need a battery, I thought Id use that money towards its price, but since I was treated this way, I am telling all to avoid autozone at all costs. Buyer beware. Duralast 15/3 Amp battery charger is worthless.

The store manager is consistantly rude and even insulted me asked me how many ASE certifications I have because she thought I should be using dex cool which has been proven to be corrosive then wanted to argue that what I was buying was yellow instead of green anti freeze. I opened the foil to show her it was green and wanted to say I had to buy it now. I told her I was buying it anyway because I know what I needed. She also told us that using the green antifreeze instead of the dexcool would void the warranty on the thermostat. I try to avoid going here she. Her vehicle is there....

Employees and customers look miserable there!!! I was appalled by the way the "store manager" talked to her people, she acted as though she was the only one doing anything. Not a leader at all. The man assisting me honestly looked like he would rather be standing in lava. Side note, the employees here are very helpful, and nice, with the exception of the manager.

I called the store to ask about a lawnmower battery that I had purchased they were rude and they were laughing in the background very unprofessional so I asked to speak to the manager he said that he was the manager and that I didnt buy the battery there but I did its a POS Value craft that only they sale. I nor will anyone in my family ever shop there again

I love going to auto zone for my car needs that I can manage myself, the prices are nice and the staff is helpful when it comes to certain things like checking a battery or showing me how to check my oil and adding fluids...

Went to auto zone for parts i was treated rudely. The guy helping me offered no info and did not bother to answer the 1 question i asked. He just walked away. I wont be back, there are other parts stores in Villa Rica

Love this place. Staff is absolutely friendly (as long as you get them laughing about turning the nut the wrong way...very embarrassing). The waits in line can be quite long.
