I am not even going to give this place 1 star. My landlord is the proprietor of this bookstore, and uses its address as the official address for his landlord business. I have been renting (this unit) from him since 2014. He is a slumlord, and doesnt tend to landlord responsibilities. The property owner, his mother, hides behind him. I rent an apartment in a house. The neighboring tenant (the only one with access to the basement) was growing marijuana in the basement. A 1000 watt HPS grow light was mounted to my floorboards beneath the only entrance/exit to this unit. The police came and raided, but Robert Hall ended up evicting ME instead. From my personal experience, yes, the folks related to this business are SNOTS. They dont have a semblance of respect or responsibility. Rudeness and smug behavior are the norm. Id not do business with them, and certainly wouldnt rent ANYTHING from Robert Hall or Janice Rodgers. Sadly, I HAVE to give it one star to post this. So undeserving of it, but to let the masses know, I will give it. I want this info out there.

Not sure how helpful these people can be. It is their policy not to give book prices over the phone, and I find if hard to trust someone that refuses to tell me the price of their merchandise over the phone. They might have a tough time competing with the internet.

They didnt have any book that I needed and the guy working had a really bad attitude. Ill stick to Amazon and B&N just so I wont have to deal with their bad service.
