My girlfriend, her mother, and I were in this B&N looking around casually, and I was messing with my girlfriend, and made her accidentally drop her drink, instead of, not saying anything and leaving the mess there to find. I walked up to the a dark headed male manager about 510" and I informed him on what happened, and I gestured towards where it had happened, and this smart ass said, rudely," Where is over there?" Clearly knowing that if he were to just walk in the direction I pointed it would be pretty hard to miss. Upon checking out my girlfriends mom, she accidentally left her half empty diet coke can on the counter. Instead of, throwing it away, the aforementioned manager rapped on the glass at me like I had committed a mortal sin. I will not be so complacent next time with said manager. I am giving fair warning.

Its a brick and mortar book store. Staff wasnt that helpful when asked for a book. Instead of walking me to the section, she pressed me for the publisher, title, etc, right there where we were, only to go search for it online at a nearby computer and told me its only available online (not in the store). Waste of time. I still like perusing the books and magazines.

A manager walked up to us (2 teenage girls studying) and very rudely fussed at us about having a empty chick fil a bag. We were unaware that outside food was not allowed, and wouldve been perfectly fine to throw it away if he had kindly approached us. However, he handled it in a childish, unprofessional, and rude way.

Theres a Starbucks inside. They also carry a range of manga and graphic novels. Good place to buy a book and sit and read while sipping some coffee. Sometimes the green tea lattes at the Starbucks taste like they dont have enough matcha, but pretty good otherwise.

I always enjoy going to Barnes and Noble. The staff is friendly and is knowledgeable about their store and products. It is a place I can take my daughter as well, and she always enjoys it too. This place is clean and well kept.
