I have been pretty disappointed with my visits to this Barnes and Noble store. My largest complaint stems from the size of this store compared to other Barnes and Noble stores that Ive visited. This store is very small and cramped, with little to no seating available outside of the equally small café area. The inventory here is extremely limited, and what little extra space is available is dedicated to obvious high-profit items (such as the unnecessarily large space dedicated to DVDs given the push towards digital movies today and that the cost of Barnes and Nobles DVD selection is extremely prohibitive with uncompetitive pricing). The staff has been hit-or-miss in my experiences here. Ive had helpful associates direct me to books without issue, but on the same day witness cashiers being somewhat "short" with customers that arent "Members." I really wish that some time would be dedicated with the design of this store in providing customers some functionality that serves them best and doesnt clearly aim solely towards profit. A good example of a nicer Barnes and Noble store is the Mishawaka, Indiana location, with spread out tables, lots of space, and people who return for the experience and selection.

I come here to procrastinate studying when I went to vu I also came here cause it was quiet for the most part, they dont have gilgasmesh so if you go to vu and youre a freshman and you dont have Gilgamesh and the bookstore always runs out at the school this place wont have it either youre better off taking so English and getting of the second semester of CORE or hoping that your teacher decides to read the fault in our stars. However Gilgamesh is a better book in my opinion. I usually buy weeb books for my brother here or for myself if it looks interesting that or I read then on the still they have their. But I usually buy from amazon because they are cheaper and I get them in two days because of prime. Ill buy from here if it is urgent that I need something

I had called a few weeks ago to see if a specific magazine was in stock. The lady on the phone said that they only had the previous edition. Two weeks later, I called again and she told me that the magazine was actually in stock when I had originally talked to her and that she would reserve one copy for me. I made the 45 minute drive that day only to find that the magazine I was looking for and had called about was sold out, and there was nothing behind the counter. I give three stars because I didnt give her my number to call me back (benefit of the doubt) and that this was only the actions of one individual

B&N has a wide selection of books to choose from. Theres dozens upon dozens of series including a childrens section with many good stories for toddlers, preteens, and even teenagers. Other sections have a wide assortment of books for adults to enjoy, including cookbooks, novels, and short stories. You can easily find what youre looking for. They even have some non-book related items, including board games, toys, coloring pads for adults, and more. A very well thought out store and worth visiting. I reccomend it for those who enjoy books.

OMG, I love Abbie from this store right now. Heres my story - I live in Wisconsin & my local B&N didnt have the item I was looking for & it wasnt even available on the website & I had the UPC for it but called my store & they said they found it in the system but couldnt order it for me. huh? Anyway I saw somebody online say they called a store in Indiana & they ordered it for them, so I called this store and got it ordered thanks to Abbie!
