My daughter is having surgery in two days at Vanderbilt Childrens hospital, my daughter having many health problems has to go threw so much and this surgery was very short noticed. My daughter is in love with Curious George and we wanted to find her a stuffed animal and book of Curious George to give her when she wakes up from surgery. This surgery being so short notice I was having an awful time finding a George in four days and now I am down to two days. I called Barnes and Noble and explained I was looking for a George for my daughter and needed to know what they have before I drive the hour from my house. One of the associates Beth went out and beyond for me searching to find the best biggest George we could find. I have never had such great customer service over the phone and after my husband gets to the store Beth had continued to search and gather all the things she had for my daughter and even found a HUGE George stuffed animal for me daughter!!! Thank you so much for being so great and helping to put a huge smile on my daughters face!!

I love this place with the bottom of my heart! Great staff and refreshing atmosphere. This is a great place to hang out and read at the cafe while enjoying a pumpkin spice latte. Everyone makes you feel at home, its exactly what Im looking for in a bookstore. Its my home away from home!

Just Me

Best place to find a good book but a person named Kara or something like that need to learn about manners when people are trying to find a book and she walks in front of them like theres nothing there... now you have learn something new.

I was not too sure what to expect when my son wanted to go to the Harry Potter night at Barnes and Noble....but wow, did he have fun. A heartfelt thank you to the store and staff for creating this wonderful evening event.

Great place to shop for books! Also childrens section has plenty of book along with lots of toys to play with while you read. Almost every time I come though, the floors and bathroom are floors are dirty

The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The Starbucks is slightly less knowledgeable and slightly slower than the free standing Starbucks nearby.

The cashiers are cool but the staff is usually unavailable and when you do find them they are rude. This is 2/3 of the times visited.

The Starbucks in here is slow, but they make the best Café Mocha drinks! The food was good too and the staff is very friendly.

The Cafe there makes a terrible caramel macchiato. Make sure you taste it before you leave..
