I was running really close on time to pick up my prescription, and called when I was less than 4 miles from CVS (it was 5:55, they close at 6). I called to let them know I was on Cave Mill road, and on my way, but may be 1-2 minutes late. I was told very clearly that "we shut everything down at 6". No offer to wait an extra minute or so, just a rigid "too bad" response. So....I get it. If it was important, Id make sure Im there before 6. Great customer service, however, can be the difference of waiting a few minutes, and showing compassion. Tonight, I was in the store at 6:02, and as promised they were "shut down". I dont know if there is a strict policy that says "you have to shut the gate at 6", but I seriously doubt it. What if I was there at 5:59, but my transaction wasnt complete at 6...would you just as clearly state that you shut everything down at 6, and not give me my prescription? Here is a piece of advice I was once given regarding customer service: you dont sell for the sell, you sell for re-sells and referrals. If I have a good experience, I will remember it and return. I may even tell others about my good experience. Unfortunately, I had an experience that frustrated me. A simple gesture of kindness would have gone a long way. Instead, I will be moving my families prescription/business elsewhere, and sharing my bad experience with others. All because they couldnt wait 2 minutes.

Ive used multiple CVSs in Iowa City and Rochester, New York and loved it everywhere ... except here. This is by far the worst CVS or pharmacy that Ive ever been to. My husband and I have both had to wait almost an hour for prescriptions already ready. Multiple times, they got my prescriptions wrong or would let me drive away when I had more ready in the fridge -- including my birth control! The pharmacy area is a mess. The technicians are incompetent and have horrible customer relationships skills. Ive never been able to talk to an actual pharmacist there. The whole place is incredibly disorganized. Ive switched to Walgreens on 31 and Scottsville and theyre fantastic. I transferred all my CVS prescriptions there in a snap online.

This is the worst pharmacy by far Adam the pharmacy manager was rude to me and embarrassed me in front of the whole store by yelling at me and and treating me as a child and refusing to call my doc office for my perception when that is his job! He then refused to help me and have his staff ignore me. So then I got the store manager to talk to him and Adam then yelled at him refusing to do what the manager said. The manager him self called my docs even tho it was way late and the office close thanks to Adams decision to not help me and yell and tell me no. Dont go here!

I love CVS in Atlanta. I have tried CVS in BG three times. The two times, it took them 30 minutes and then 45 minutes respectfully. The last time I went, I was sitting at the drive-thru for 15 minutes. Pushed the button twice, staff stared at me and in the end I had to drive away.

I was tryiing to read the reviews for CVS but could not get to them from this page it only took me to the CVS website which would not let me back out once I had acccessed it. Like a big bear trap.
