Its a small store, but the staff is great, and they can help you order anything from the website! And the return policy is crazy! I brought in several items I had had for a few years and got brand new ones no questions asked! Theyre still working out the kinks with the registers, but I love that we have a local store now! LL Bean customer for life.

Went today at around 10:30am to try on some shoes--figured they would have a bigger selection online, but I could find the right size. After 25 minutes of waiting in the shoe department I left. This place is understaffed or undersmart.

Chris at the Leawood store obviously had too much to do to let me back in the store for 5 minutes at 6:02 PM to look at another pair of boots a week before Christmas. Merry Christmas Chris! "Sorry, Closed"... maybe Ill go to Scheels.
