The receptionist on the phone might not know she is a receptionist. She didnt speak clearly and seemed rushed. She never introduced herself either. After making the purchase, she never informed me of my total despite taking my credit card information. She then called me back, again without introducing herself asking if I wanted my product delivered today. I had to ask who she was. The rock that was delivered was great rock but it would have been intelligent of them to recommend waiting a few days until the rock dried so it would spread better. I now have clumps of rock all over the place that I will need to pay someone to come in and fix. I realize the seller cant explain everything, but taking care of a customer and providing recommendations will keep people coming back for more.

Last fall I got 7 plants and 4 to 5 tons of river rock worth about 400 USD. By this spring, out of 6 plants, 6 turn out well and one did not come up. I called up few times so that i can bring the one plant along with the pot it came up and receipt as well to replace it. I was assuming they have a one yr warranty. They rejected said that they will not replace it as they dont give warranty if they did not plant. I was disappointed they did not replace one plat with my purchase of 400 usd. I explained that i planted all next to each other so there is no way i made a mistake the way the planted.However he rejected after long conversation. When i went to home depot recently i found those plants are little cheaper at home depot, but not much.

I have relied on Lounsbury Landscaping for all my landscaping projects, large and small, for over twenty years at two residences. Frankly, Ive never known a lot about plants and landscaping; I just know when something appears to have been done right. I quickly learned to just "turn Ben loose" after giving him an idea of what I was interested in accomplishing, and I have never been displeased with his recommendations or plans. The quality of the materials and workmanship is invariably topnotch. The crew is very good at what they do, and youll appreciate the care and attention to detail that is obvious in their work and the meticulous way they clean up when theyre done! I purchased some topsoil for a raised bed from Lounsbury. I am completely satisfied with the soil and its quality. It was also really nice that they delivered; it saved us a lot of headaches. The only complaint that I would have is their communication. The day of delivery, I wanted to call to confirm when delivery would be. I got voicemail three times in a row. Also, when placing the order, the person was rushed and didnt provide much for details.

Everything weve had done by Lounsbury Landscaping has been carefully and beautifully handled by Andy Lounsbury and his outstanding team. The plants and trees they have recommended have been great choices and of excellent quality. They recently responded to a request to plant a tree for my husbands birthday; the concolor fir is beautiful and a wonderful way to commemorate a milestone.
