If I could give 0 stars I would. Called them 5minutes before close and said "Can you please hold the door no more than 10 minutes, I know exactly what I want and will be there ASAP and it will take me less then 5minutes from walking in to check out." The employee answered with "we close the doors at 5:30, if you get here before that you can come in." We go as fast as we can get there at 5:32.... 2 minutes after close. They have a person still shopping and the 2 employees look at me as I try to open the locked door and act like they dont see me...we were about to spend upwards of $300- $400 on backsplashes and they lost that business due to not letting me in for .... some of the most unprofessional worst customer service I have ever had.

We went looking for countertops. They had exactly what we wanted and just enough. However, when when we went to check out, one of the countertops was already sold. There was no sticker saying it had been sold already and it was still on the floor as it was for sale. So we attempted to change and get just 1 12 instead. However, the trim pieces had been sold as well. Same issue. Wont be back.
