Called and asked how much they give me for my new condition XBox 360 500GB special edition blue. They said $50-$120 depending on condition. I brought it down there in original box with brand new head set, with a controller and 8 popular great games and they only offered $70. What was the point in even giving me the range when they were only planning on giving me 20 bucks over their minimum? Not sure what kind of extra stuff Id have to have on my system to get 120.00 out of them considering this is the top 360 system thats sold. Then they sell it for 179.00 to someone else with out games what a rip off?

"Christopher" is mistaken. There certainly were other reasons they would not accept her husbands laptop. Service is great and they go OUT OF THEIR WAY to help one get a loan if at all possible. Racist? Well im a black man and have had not 1 issue. And this location is on par with being excellent! Some people like to play off of stupidity, like "Christopher". Utimately, stop in and see for yourself. Even during remodeling like what is going on there now.

I have purchased quite a few electronics from this EZ Pawn, and have always received great customer service, great prices, and every single item i have bought from this location worked perfect 100% I have hard times starting a local business a couple of times and they have gotten me cash quickly and painlessly! They give amazing prices! Im from Wisconsin and EZ pawn there dont give you prices even close to the ones here in Cedar Rapids!..I also bought a flat screen from them, a Vizio. . The price was so low I was shocked! .. T.v works great!.. Customer service was awesome also, very friendly. ..
