Very knowledgeable and approachable staff, willing to help if at all possible. However, because they usually only have one employee working at a time, the line can quickly become very long and it can take upwards of twenty minutes to purchase your merchandise.

Bought a brand new PS4 that broke within a day, some kind of internal wiring issue. Brought it in and they gave me a brand new one and helped me transfer my data. Extremely happy with how I was treated and Ill be coming back here as long as I can!
