I came inside because the drive thru was packed.... Only to find my order added to the other 8 empty cups waiting to be made on the bar. The staff ignores the 8 cups waiting to be made on the bar in order to satisfy the drive thru patrons first. I get it, most drive thrus have timing mechanisms in which you are judged against... But you cant just ignore everyone in the lobby so your times look good.

Mary is one of the nicest baristas. She always greets me and other customers with a smile. My order is always correct. I have never been displeased by the customer service at this starbucks. I will go out of my way to walk inside of target to get coffee instead of going to the starbucks down the street because this starbucks has far superior customer service.

This location charges me different prices on refills for COFFEE. They make up different rules, every time I go to this location. If Starbucks is worried about losing money. They should stop giving those employee free Product.!
