I come here every Friday (sometimes Thursdays). Ive been doing this since May- we just moved to the neighborhood. Everytime I come in, I get a Milk Chocolate Coldpress. The last three times, including today (9/15/16) it has been made incorrectly. It has been the same lady who has made it these last 3 times (she is always very polite and communicates well with customers). Today, I told her that the last 2 times it has been made incorrectly, and she assured me that she is making it right. Well- that means that the first 4 months of me coming here, it was being made incorrectly by other employees. Also, the 4 other caribou coffee locations I go to (2 in Plymouth, 1 over by Target off of 7 & 101, and one over by Ridgedale) apparently make this incorrectly too. I let it slide the first couple times because I didnt want to make a deal about it. The 3rd time, I wanted to let her know she was making it wrong in hopes she would realize her error, but that is not the case. I would love to keep coming to this location, but a Milk Chocolate Coldpress has a creamy color to it and tastes like chocolate milk with coffee... The one this employee has made me the last 3 times is chocolate in the bottom with ice cubes and coffee... If the other places are mailing it wrong, then shame on them... But Im going to go to these places in order to get what tastes good to me.

Terrible service. Saw several people behind me leave because they are so slow. Got a kids white cocoa for my daugther and it was hoter than my coffee. Not very customer service oriented.

Location is nice but the employees have made me feel stupid almost every time for ordering a large or medium beverage. I feel like employees should always try to up-sell.

nightmare-- rude, hostile service from boundary-less barista. Wont give you what you ask for. Like a Steven King novel. Dont go there!!!!!

Great hot brewed coffee and breakfast sandwiches but the cold press coffee is frankly terrible.
