Monday 7:20pm, I stop by , ordered coffee and sandwich , the coffee was cold , she gave me new coffee , was colder too , I asked for hot milk to warm it up , the guy showed up and said its extra $1.59$, I said no thanx. Then while I was still eating struggling with this cold coffee , they turned off lights and said they are closed .... How rued this place is , I go to caribou every day and never ever was treated like this , who RUNS THIS PLACE , any body knows ..!??? Definitely need new friendlier people here , NOW YOU DECIDE ...!

I like a little coffee with my almond milk. Today it didnt even taste like coffee, so I asked if he put any espresso in at all. He said he did, but they changed things and smalls now only have 1 shot. This is not the same drink I alway get. So, I paid what I always pay for less product? I will go elsewhere for my coffee. None of the other stores treat their customers this way.

Ive been gong to this Caribou for years as I live down the street. Great place to read and study. Not sure if they are under new management or what but recently they have screwed up simple drinks very frequently. The most frustrating part was when I went in to order a drink on a Saturday afternoon and I was told that they were only serving decaf with no explanation??

Nice gals working , coffee was cold. Im only writing a review because I saw a similar review and thought how could a coffee place serve cold coffee? Well, I guess I was proven wrong. I checked the milk too to make sure it was fresh. If the coffee was old, whats to say the milk is fresh? Milk was fresh.

I can never get what I want because they are always out of everything. The workers are disrespectful! I had a man mock my 5 year old 5-6 times for playing with her toy while I was there. They dont make there drinks as well as other caribous. If you want caribou Id suggest going to a different one.

First of all I am a Muslim, I went to get a coffee at 6:30 a.m there was a heavy set lady . I ordered hot chocolate and she gave me a hot water, anyway she said to me lot of racist stuff I dont want to go into it.

I order the same drink no matter what Caribou Im at. The only one who gets my drink right is my neighbor who works there. They are always out of things and to most of the staff youre a burden to be in there.
