Went thru the drive thru the cashier was a real ray of sunshine I felt like I was disturbing her. First she was trying to sell us bakery items I told her I wanted 2 milk chocolate mochas she came back with the price for one drink I tried to explain we needed another mocha but she evidently shut off her headset so when I went up to thw window I told her we needed 2 drinks she took the debit card ran it handed it back to me and slammed the window no reciept when our drinks were ready I asked for my reciept she acted like I was doing a blood draw will not be visiting this ray of sunshine if this is the best caribou can do for there customer service positions its sad, lost my business I would advise everyone to avoid this caribou so extremely rude, they do not understand without customers they will not have jobs.

I feel bad not giving this establishment a five-star review due to the fact that they only had one other review, and I will essentially be pushing their rating backwards, however; I have attended meetings as well as casual gatherings in this location and have found the atmosphere to be wonderful. The staff here is very professional and excel at their jobs. Both the coffee and the pastries are a fantastic way to celebrate even the smallest occasions. As always, Caribou is overpriced, I dont need to go into details, anyone that has ever been to a major coffee shop has seen the ridiculous cost, so I dont think the value is very good, at least not compared to the price.

I love this caribou. I drive out of my way just to go to the rogers location. Its all about customer service, and theirs is outstanding. I go there daily, and they have never made a mistake on my order, are very personable, and know me by name. Every one of their staff always has smiles on their faces and appears to be enjoying work! Coffee is coffee, but I go here because of the experience

My wife purchased a mug for that can be refilled for free during the month of April. We have made it a habit to go and get it refilled as much as possible. The cost of the coffee here is rather High however with this refillable mug used every day in the month of April it gets it so that its less than a dollar per day which for the coffee is a good deal.

I was there for an interview. Very friendly staff who gave me a cup of ice water for free when I started nervously hacking in the middle of the interview. They didnt seem annoyed which is nice because many workers would be annoyed. Five stars.

First off they were not very friendly, secondly it took forever. 15 minutes for 1 person in front of us and one in the drive through, then after you already order and they run your card they say they dont have what they need to make it...

My order is always right, the staff is friendly enough and the store is clean. Id pick this store over the Starbucks across the street every time as the product is better and the service is always top notch.

Rudest two young adults. I just witnessed. Did not greet or even offer a smile. And on top of it they screwed up my order. You are in a customer service field, learn some customer service skills.
