This CVS is absolutely terrible in my opinion, and is also quite possibly one of the worst retail establishments that Ive ever been to. The non-pharmacy staff are slow and unaware or uncaring of long lines and/or customers in need of assistance. On numerous occasions I have personally witnessed employees smoking literally 3 feet outside the entrance doors, apparently while still clocked in for their shifts (as evidenced by how quickly they extinguish their cigarettes and jump on a register when they finally notice that customers are waiting and looking around to see if anyone is working). The Pharmacy staff is even worse, believe it or not. Every one of my experiences with the Pharmacy have been miserable. The Pharmacy staff is slow, rude, unpleasant, while overall exhibiting just about every type of behavior that a customer would NOT want to have to experience. Any time I am forced to come to this CVS, I cringe just thinking about the poor, slow service that I can look forward to, as well as how much of my day must be wasted due to their inability to be empathetic or effective in their work. Sadly, this review is just one example of such ineffectiveness - I was able to write the entire review while waiting in the drive-thru to pick up a prescription (and there are still 3 cars ahead of me!) Needless to say, I would highly NOT recommend this CVS. Ever.

Very rude ladies that work at this store. From the cashiers to the managers. I will personally not be returning. Sure they wont miss a customer, just an interruption to their day anyway. Dont know why this review comes up as Photo, that is not the part of the store I went to. My review is of the cashiers and management.

The pharmacy staff is awful! I am so put off by the blatant rudeness I am transferring all of my scripts elsewhere. Complete disappointment......

I use their app on my phone and always lets me know when my medicines are ready and it takes no time to get a prescription ready
