Worst store you will go to. The employees are very rude. My cashier was on the company phone talking to her girl friend while ringing us up yelling into the phone "Oh no she didnt! Did she really! She needs to dump his ***". Then she said to her friend "I have to go, these customers are asking to many questions. They mix up all the "sale" inventory with no sale items. Tee shirts are 3 for 10 dollars 2 of the 3 I picked up were not on sale for that price. I will never shop here or the dollar store across the street EVER again.

While all Walgreens are completely incapable of counting to 30, 60, 90 or any number in a timely fashion, this location also lacks the ability to extend common courtesies (examples include "hello," "thank you" "youre welcome"). It was one of the worst customer service experiences of my life, and I regularly visit establishments in which customer service is a key success factor. Thank God I live in Birmingham, where it doesnt take an hour and fifteen minutes to count to 30 twice!

Very friendly staff. Nothing but courteous every time I go in. Even during the hustle and bustle of the lunch hour rush, they still take the time to ask me if I need help. Very busy from Noon-1:00PM, but they handle it with class.

Employee blocking the aisle refused to acknowledge me when I said "excuse me" two or three times. You rarely meet people so rude or self-absorbed. There are quality employees here who dont deserve to work with someone like that.

Convenience is what it is. I can come in and get my medicine and what I need while I am downtown taking care of business. Everyone there is always helpful and smiling.

I always get great service here. I mostly only pickup prescriptions but I shop here too. There is no public restroom even if youre a paying and regular customer.
