I will only call this company when things go wrong. They will fix Appliances even if they did not sell them to you. They are very nice and friendly, and give you the option of fixing your appliances and replacing parts or fixing your appliances the cheapest possible way if the part is un-nessisary. Example: I called them out because my washer stopped working. They came out and found that some motherboard part thingy was fried. It was not signaling to my washer that the lid was closed, and that my washer had a safety "unless the lid is closed the washer wouldnt start". My options where ether I could spend $500 to replace the whole top of the washer controls, and for that he made mention that I could probably buy a refurbished washer. Or he could just bypass the safety and my washer would work weather the lid was closed or open. He made sure that I understood that the washer would work at all times if the lid was open or not when I told him I wanted that option. He then fixed it and my bill was only $75. Way better in my opinion. They also came out at a later time to convert my gas oven Id received from my parents and turned it electric. Another repair that was shockingly cheep.

I have had a refrigerator for 10 years with no problems until the last year when the ice maker developed a small leak. Trustworthy replaced the ice maker in June charging almost $250. It worked fine for a short period of time then started making a large popping noise when making ice and is leaking again. When I called them, they said "too bad." It only had a 90 day warranty. Apparently they expect you to buy a new ice maker every 90 days for $250. The lady hung up on me when I objected to this policy. I will never do business with them again. Update June 3, 2017 Jim, the owner, contacted me to make this right. He installed a different ice maker which so far has worked fine and is quiet. Kudos to him for giving good customer service. I have changed my rating to 4 stars. Thank you.

We had a great experience 2 weeks ago with Trustworthy Appliance. Our 20 year old water heater sprung a leak and flooded our utility room the day our family arrived to stay with us the week of Christmas (always great timing on these things, right?). Our home warranty company referred us to Trustworthy Appliance. The lady who answered the phone pulled some strings to squeeze us into an earlier appointment time to have the old water heater looked at, and the next day they installed a new water heater for us. We felt we were in good hands the entire time, and we didnt have to go through the stress of trying to figure out how to install one ourselves which allowed us to spend more time visiting with family. I would definitely use them again in the future!

Awful customer service experience for refrigerator repair. Had to assist the service rep in determining the correct part numbers; had to call and speak directly with manufacturer; spent nearly $800 on parts and labor in sequential steps that couldnt be undone when each "solution" failed to solve the problem. 4.5 months later replacement control board failed and service manager offered only $10 off of $60 service call to come "diagnose" the problem. So much for the parts and labor warranty... Everyone was very polite although generally not helpful. I would never use this company again.

Our front loader Samsung washer stopped pumping water. I called and scheduled service. Eddy came out the next day and quickly found the problem. He gave her a complete price and went to the shop and picked up the part and installed it. My wife was there alone and was very impressed with his professionalism. He was very polite and respectful. We will use them again. If you have a Samsung ask for Eddy. Eddy thank you for your good work. You are appreciated by your community more then you know.

The repairman at Trustworthy did an amazing professional job! He immediatly diagnosed the problem after it had been overlooked by a Sears reapirman. After having a terrrible experience with the prior company it was a welcome experience.

Had a repairman out to fix our dishwasher. He arrived within the time frame they told us. He fixed the dishwasher quickly and we havent had any problems with it since.
