After our wedding, we had 6 gift cards. I spent hours online finding exact what we wanted, only to find out you can only use 2 at a time. I called their Corporate number, as directed by their website and they said Id have to fax them all the cards to combine. I decided instead to call the store. Jessica, the assistant manager, not only took my order over the phone, but she took my coupon too. How helpful! And this was on a Sunday at 8:30 when they were already closed. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. More places should be like this.

Jason, the store manager, is the absolute most helpful employee I have ever experienced. We had gifts from our registry shipped to the wrong address from Georgia. We had no order number, just a name of the person who sent them. He tracked it down, pulled all the items from the stock that he could find, and sent us home with them that day. Will be shopping there more just because of him.
