Stealing people deposit money is not good for anyone. I was just talking tona friend and they tried to get service in their new place but they told them it will be $300 to turn service on. They asked them why is the deposit so high and why havent they gave them the $200 deposit from when they ended service last time. Alabama Power is not a car, apartment, or anything that u can touch per say. If you pay every bill on time or not you still get your deposit back. It seems like every company thats not Alabama Power do not like to steal.

All I needed was a street light fixed. I filled out the online form and received an email the next day that said it would take 4 days. Great; not a problem. 2 weeks later, even after a crew came out to fix it, it still is not working. and now they cant (or wont) give me an ECD. They say in each email response: "It is our goal to provided you with superior customer service." What a joke!
