Tub Croc

I want to just say thank you to the manager who walked me to my car tonight. As I was being stalked thru Kroger by an ex employee of mine the manager offered to take me to my car. As the guy started to approach in the parking lot, because he waited for me to come out, the manager told me he would take care of it. He made sure my daughter and I were safely in the car and gone before he went in. He put himself in danger for us and it means so much! Thank you! I dont think I can say it enough!

I have a rain check that was given to me by Kroger and then they couldnt figure out how to use it so I could redeem it so I ended up not being able to. That was extremely frustrating. I stood there for almost 20 minutes waiting for the manager to try to figure out how to use the rain check so finally I just gave them the money for it. He did Apologize but I felt like there was more they could have done besides Im sorry for wasting your time.

Prices in some things have lowered and others seem to have gone up. Need more lines open and also give customers who do self checkout and use own bags an incentive..maybe 10 fuel points or 1% discount. Many employees are friendly and there were more in the store who asked if I needed assistance..which is good. There are still some employees that need to work on their friendliness and helpfulness.

I returned some flowers that didnt last very long. I fully expected to get the typical runaround but I was very surprised. The Assistant Manager, as well as the person in floral, was incredibly helpful and insisted that I be satisfied before leaving. The AM even said, "The customer comes first here." Where do you find attitudes like that these days? At this Kroger.

I dont shop at Kroger often because the prices are way way higher than at Walmart some items I purchased today where as much as a dollar more each and the little bit of items that were cheaper did not make up for the difference so I live within a mile of a Kroger but I drive 5 to 6 Mi to go to Walmart because I save a lot of money sorry

Is your typical Kroger with many items you cant find at other stores. This is our grocery store of choice. Yet, understand that it is an ok neighborhood, not bad, not good. I have been there at 3am and didnt feel unsafe but I watched my back. During the day youll see all walks of life and everyone is friendly and the area is safe.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The fresh food section is hit and miss they either have it or they dont. Same can be said with some of their can goods. New site is under construction lets hope with new development their distribution gets a higher priority. Again staff is always helpful and friendly.

Expensive compared to the local chain competitor just to the North. Good selection and quality. I hate the store layout how they arrange things to inconveniently make you walk by all the junk you never buy to get to the food instead of just grouping things together like a normal store.

This store is overall alright except....the 3 or 4 RUDE, RUDE, RUDE females who work up front. Wish i knew their names off the top of my head because Id put them on blast right now. As long as you can avoid those few, you can get in and out without any trouble.

Always great deals, fresh produce and friendly staff. Ken is one of the head bosses and hes a very friendly man who wants what is best for his customers, making sure they are taken care of. Always clean and usually quick checkout times, good place to shop!!!

The people that work in the Deli dont care how long you stand and wait for them to serve you. They will not even make eye contact with you. I have had to get a manager more than once to go back to the Deli to help me. So sad!!

This grocery is the one i primarily use the most. You have to avoid daily rush hour times thats when waits are long and they never have enough baggers to facilitate the large amount of shoppers that come to this store.

The atmosphere was very pleasant and very clean the price was little high but I picked out what I needed. The cashier was very pleasant and very courtesy and wanted to know did we find what we need it that was great.

I like shopping here because they have great prices and the cashiers are friendly and fast. I especially like the cashier Dawn she is always smiling and is very friendly. They need more cashiers like her!

Small selection of products.... Horrrible service, most un-friendly group of employees ive ever encountered! Dont waist your time or money, go to a different kroger! Manager is rude and very unfriendly!!

I really like this Krogers but I wish they would remodel it like the one in Clarksville. I really hate that I have to go to the Krogers in Clarksville to get that kind of food.

Clean, has a good selection in all departments. Staff doesnt go out of their way to see if you need help with anything. Most of the time you will be bagging your own groceries.

Good place to get groceries. Lay out is good but is slightly different than most krogers Ive been in. They also seem to have more hard liquor and meat.

The store manager treats their employees wrong. I was stopped because I had a lot of groceries and had a employee harass me because I lost a receipt.

Pretty good selection of organic items. Prices higher than Meijer. Parking is always a problem. Need approval just to use coupons. That is a hassle.

The selection is wonderful and they always have everything in stock. Checking out it so fast and friendly. I never have to wait. Great job Kroger.

Very clean store. The delli is always full of nice food items. Sushi is great and the entres I buy instead of the microwave meals I normally eat.

My wife has had issues with rude staff. I just go in and get groceries and leave. Its ok with me as long as I dont try to talk to staff.

Very friendly, they truly treat you like family!!!! Ive been going there for about 2 1/2 years and not one problem. Class act for sure.
